Description of Work: They replaced a shower valve and handle in our upstairs shower. Had to cut a hole in the wall of another room to reach it. The plumber cut a 12" x 12" hole into which we could easily pop an inexpensive access panel from Home Depot. Very, very pleased. I've since had them out to fix a leaky faucet and a wax seal on a commode. This franchise in Wake County, NC, is top notch.

Description of Work: I have responded a couple o1f times to this request. Mr. Rooter Plumber did not want to provide the service after examining the water heater tank. His opinion was that it was too old to perform the maintenance and tried to sell me a replacement, which was too expensive.. I can 't recall the name of the service person, but he was nice and he might have been right about the reason for not wanting to perform the maintenance. I was refunded $54, which was the cost for the special for flushing the water heater. Therefore, I cannot really give a fear rate. The date was approximately end of October of beginning November 2015.

Description of Work: We used an Angie's List deal to get a new toilet installed. We requested an upgrade to a comfort height toilet and they did not upcharge. The installer was pleasant, discussed our toilet needs and issues and did a great job with installation. We will definitely use this company again for plumbing issues.

Description of Work: he did not 'fix' the faucet leak in my kitchen sink -thought I needed to get a new replacement - he did do other checks in my house and got me signed up for a three year plan. I paid another vendor 85 to fix the leak in the kitchen sink.....

This includes a new PRV and shut off valves. THIS WORK COMES WITH A 10 YR WARRANTY.

Description of Work: I feel I was ripped off! In addition to simply replacing an outdoor faucet handle as I had requested, they replaced some of the piping going to the faucet. Was also quoted a price of $184.00 for fixing a commode that only required a new flapper!!! Needless to say, I absolutely refused to let them do that or any other things I might have liked to get done! This experience has given me a negative feeling about Angie's List. I've been told that is what happens with these Big Deals - service providers find something to do to increase the price!! They also arrived before scheduled time and I was not home yet!! I found them parked a couple streets away from my house on my way home!
