It went well. They did what they said they were going to do.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof. Repaired some siding, fascia, and some vinyl pieces and also installed gutters.

The guy showed up in a truck without any company markings. He pretty quickly tried to upsell me to a new roof. He said the repair would cost $2,000 and would likely require a second repair for another $2,000. He said he would send me a quote for a new roof, but 3 weeks later, I haven’t heard from him. Had a second company come out and the put in a temp fix and quoted $600 to fix the leak permanently.

Went great. They committed to be done in 2 days and did exactly that. They started a few hours later than originally expected on day one but the met their commitment and did great work. They spent way more time cleaning up and making sure to leave the yard as clean as it was when they started. It was a bit more expensive.than I had hoped but I am happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: I met Tim while he was doing work for a friend who was out of state. I arrived at her home just to make sure everything was ok, and he was on time and ready to go, even knowing the homeowner wasn't there. I was impressed and scheduled him then and there to come work on my roof. He fit me in before his regular work day because I have a job that makes it hard for me to leave during the day. He said he would be out at 8am for an estimate - The estimate was lower than others, so he actually fixed it right there. I had to go to work, but he sent me pictures as he went, and it was all complete by 9:30. Talk about a load off my mind. And he's courteous and punctual too. Impressed.
