Todd arrived on time and got right to work. He was very professional and completed the job in less time than we had anticipated.. He was neat and kept the work area clean by using drop cloths. He even hauled away all of the boxes which was a big help to us. We would definitely have Mr. Handyman of Western Wake County back.

Mark was on time, he was very efficient and moved quickly through my list and very pleasant to work with I plan to ask for him when we have another to-do list.

We contacted Handyman & they cam out pretty quickly for an estimate of the work. When they could get to work on the schedule it was 14 days later. Two handymen came and had both jobs done promptly. Both capable and pleasant.

The installer wasn't feeling well and arrived later than expected (approximately 45 minutes later) . He called and informed me of this. He installed the bi-fold door within an hour. The back storm door required more work. The iron railings had to be removed and the awning expanded to accommodate the storm door. The fixtures holding the awning were difficult to remove, broke the bit on the power tool. He ended adjusting the awning manually. The storm door was installed and the railings were put back in place. I was told that the railings couldn't remain there with a storm door installed by another installer. But because I live in a townhome and we have an association, I didn't want to not have the railings, or to alter them drastically. I am completely happy with the way finished work looks and performs.

Mark was very professional. he was friendly and helpful but worked steadily with no down time. Every time efficient and very good workmanship. Cleaned up at end.

He was on time, the price was, he was great and very nice man. He completed the task quickly. I recommend him highly.

The provider called and arrived prior to the scheduled time. He installed the rods efficiently without leaving any debris on the floors or marks on the walls. Then he asked if we wanted him to hang the drapes and curtains on the rods. This was very much appreciated since it was an unexpected request. In addition to these tasks, he also completed the installation of a towel rod and he was willing to do other jobs for us before he left.

Overall, these guys are SUPER! Easy to work with & very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

This job was pretty challenging because it required that a house that had been aesthetically neglected for the past 5-10 years be updated. In addition, time was of the essence because I had to travel in from out of state to oversee the changes/updates. The following was done: All walls, ceilings and internal doors painted Repaired wall crack Hardware added to all cabinets Fixtures updated on 2 bathrooms and kitchen sink Bathroom shower curtain rods, towel bars, etc. installed Ceiling Fans installed Toilet Rebuilds New blinds installed in whole house Various small repairs We were extremely happy with the quality of work done and the professionalism exhibited by the Western Handyman of Western Wake County staff. Bruce (the owner) even checked in regularly with us regarding the job status and to ensure that we were happy with the quality of work. He even came over one night to help paint to when things were looking like they were a little behind schedule. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Western Wake County to ANYONE!!! Bruce and Andi (the office manager) are delightful beyond words. They are professional, responsive, thoughtful and accountable. When we encountered challenges along the way, we were not treated as a nuisance. We were treated as valued customers. Overall, a very positive experience.

On 7/7, he was a "no show" because the scheduler had failed to put me in their system. The work was rescheduled for 7/10. The handyman worked for a few hours, left to look for supplies and lunch, and returned 2 1/2 hours later to work for the remainder of the afternoon. The work was not finished and he was then scheduled to continue the work on 7/14. He was a "no show" again because the job he was doing took longer than anticipated. He finished part I of the work on 7/17. He returned on 7/28 late by over an hour and finished the job. The handyman that was sent to my home did an excellent job. His skills were superb. But, in addition to a hefty hourly rate, the primary concerns my husband and I had were with the company's scheduling practices. The concerns first began with the failure of the company to schedule our home for the work. When work was not finished, we would have to wait several days to be scheduled again for continuation of the work. On one occasion, when the handyman was a "no show", it was because a job took longer than anticipated. I am not sure why scheduling was such an issue. While were very pleased with the quality of the work that was performed by their handyman and the professionalism of all with whom we interacted, this job in my estimation should not have taken 3 weeks to complete. Perhaps this job was a comedy of errors but, after 3 weeks, it really wasn't humorous.

The appointment was scheduled within an hour of my submitting an online form on the Mr. Handyman website. My technician, Matt, arrived at the scheduled time and quickly assessed the number of boards that needed to be replaced. After going to Lowe's to pick up the materials Matt promptly completed the job. The job took about an hour and a half and the work was top notch. Very pleased with the service and the pricing was quite reasonable in my view. Will most certainly use the company again, and next time with a longer list of projects.

Anthony came out to my home and re-installed my washer and dryer. I have just moved and unfortunately am not comfortable reattaching all the hoses and vent connections. I wanted to make sure I didn't flood my apartment or set anything on fire. He was very professional and went through both machines and did have to get a new vent for my dryer which was fine. He reinstalled it to my satisfaction and we tested the washing machine to ensure no water leakage from any hoses or underneath the machine. He made sure I was happy with his work and left me a list of all the other services they provide. Would recommend their services and was very pleased with the services they provided to me.

Great job, 2nd time using them. Excellent customer service from Bruce, the owner. He called me back promptly, deferred to our scheduling needs and even made a point of sending Mark, the first professional we used and whom we liked, to us again. Mark was polite and professional, just a nice guy with a straightforward attitude and good work ethic. He finished the job ahead of schedule, then offered to fix other things around the house if we liked, because he had more time. This really impressed us, since he could easily have just said, "job done" and left. This is a really nice company to work with, good people and good service. Highly recommend.

Workmanship was fine, but 5 1/2 hours for this small job (noting that they are paid on a time and labor basis) was a surprise...lesson learned: confirm estimate for amount of time that may be required. They did schedule very quickly, however, and are fully professional...

The service was good. The people were very nice. The only reason I would not use them again is because they are a bit pricey. This assembly required 2 people and since 1 man was late we had to wait for the other man to show up. The trampoline manufacture gave me an incorrect screw in the box so I had to go to Home Depot and get a new screw. I ended up purchasing the wrong screw and was not able to put it on so I called Mr. Handyman back even though the screw was not their problem and the owner sent out someone to put the right screw on for no additional charge.

Service from start to finish was excellent. The office manager and owner were always responsive, and provided a ball-park estimate after I emailed photos of the damage. Before the technician came out, the office manage provided a detailed overview, including the technician's name, what he would be driving, how he would be dressed, and when he would arrive. The technician, after inspecting the damage, provided me with several options for repairs (trying to match the shingles on this 13-year-old building would have been difficult, and he didn't recommend that). He performed the repairs more quickly than anticipated and at less than half the cost of the ball-park figure; as he told the office manager afterwards, the damage wasn't as bad as my photos had shown. We've been looking for a handyman service for years, and are delighted to find one which we'll return to again and again.

I just recently purchased an older home and had a laundry list of things that I wanted to have done. Some of them I could tackle; some of them I couldn't. It's nice to know that this service is around to help and that I didn't have to call three or four companies to handle my different projects. The work was done in a timely manner and handled professionally. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends.

He was great and I would hire him again. He took the time to line all the pictures so that they are hung evenly.
