Randy arrived on time and quickly got started at the task at hand. He was very neat, and careful not to damage anything on the inside of the house. The final result was better than I hoped. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Handyman again.

Mr. Handyman technician arrived early. He was thorough and completed the job promptly. Note that the job was originally scheduled a week earlier, but due to rain it had to be rescheduled. The office called me that very day and rescheduled my job. They were able to work within a tight window of time to fit in my small job.

Window repaired and estimate given for other work in a timely fashion. You can count on them to be there on time, so a job with integrity, and follow up if you have any concerns. We have used them several times. Highly reliable!

It wasn't a big job but an odd job that needed to be done before a house sale. They were the only company that responded and quickly! The job was done on time as promised and the guy did a great job too, We will recommend them to neighbors,family, and friends.

The pros were that Mark was absolutely great and he did quality work. He was very professional, timely and actually finished up earlier than expected. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and even made some suggestions. My husband is deployed and I video chatted with him so he could see some of the work being done. Even he was happy with Mark's work and that says alot. They apply the initial charge for coming to assess the work to the bill if you decide to do it. The cons were that I had to wait a coupe weeks for someone to come and look at what I needed done. Then, I had to wait a week for an estimate and another 4 weeks to get on the schedule to get the work done. It was a pain that the process took about 2 months start to finish, but in the end everything was completed to my satisfaction and they did do great work.

Very clean, neat finish to job. Looks like new. Door opens, shuts and locks correctly. They were on time and finished the job in the time they said. I would hire them again.

John arrived on time, removed the broken motor, obtained and installed the replacement. Also pointed out a source of vibration noise and showed me how it could be corrected.

Matt arrived on time and was done in under an hour. I had been quoted a considerably higher cost for the job by another service, so I was pleased. He was efficient, friendly, and cleaned up all the debris.

Project went perfectly. Matt was here early, and had already mostly finished up by the time I got home. I have used Mr Handyman at different points over a number of years. When we moved and needed something done to our new house, we didn't hesitate to call them. Professional, super qualified at fixing "almost" anything. And what I love the most about them is their honesty about the project. If they can't do something, or think of a better way they let you know.

I was highly pleased with Clarke's work. Before arriving, he had selected cabinet-quality plywood for the repaired cabinet bottom. He worked very efficiently and the finished job had a very professional appearance. I wouldn't change a thing about Clarke's work and I enjoy seeing the results several times a day. Also, setting up the appointment was very easy. Especially, after calling a couple of handymen who never returned my call. I definitely will call Handyman of Western Wake the next time I need a repair.

This is the second time that I've used Mr. Handyman and have been impressed both times. In each case it was very easy to schedule the job. Since both jobs were carpentry, Matt was the technician assigned by Mr. Handyman. He is an excellent carpenter, shows up on time, and works very diligently to get the work done in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the finished product and recommend Mr. Handyman without hesitation.

Mark showed up on time as promised about 8:00 am. One of the areas of wood rot was in a very difficult location with very little clearance between the molding and a porch support. The other was more accessible on a corner of the house. Mark was able to cut out the molding behind the porch support and replace it with PVC while providing for better drainage in the future. Mark did an excellent job. The repair is almost undetectable. Mark was very professional and efficient and wasted no time during the repair. This is the second time we have used Mr. Handyman and will certainly use the company for future repairs. I am extremely impressed with their people and the quality of work.
