Description of Work: Replaced wood rot on outside of patio door (patio door and 3 window unit). Arrived on time,looked at wood rot,went to three different stores to find needed materials, returned and completed job. Very professional, excellent work ethic, job well done. I was given a senior citizen discount, and another discount for the amount of time it took to find needed materials (1 1/2 hour),however the amount was still above what I thought it would be. I was willing to pay this amount for the excellent work, and getting the problem fixed, correctly.
