Technician came with the purpose of removing ceramic floor tiles to install a dishwasher. Ended up suggesting the countertop to be pried up enough to slip in the dishwasher without disturbing ceramic floor tiles. He did that then installed the dishwasher and returned counter top to normal position and recaulked it in place. Great job with no disturbance of the kitchen flooring.

Prompt in initial contact. Was scheduled for 1-1:30 arrived at 1:45. My husband held the 60lb microwave leaning over range,while handyman after 4 attempts "secured" microwave. We were given a discount for husb help. After handyman left, I put items back in cabinet above the micro. Extra holes drilled, MAIN SCREWS holding micro to cabinet bottom not drilled straight but angled and not fully installed. Bruce was called. Requested he come and inspect w/o installer for 2person integrity. Still waiting 4 days later. Will likely need new cabinet bottom to properly secure, and complete reinstall.

The contractor showed up extremely fast, completed the work the same day I requested it be completed and emailed pictures of the completed job before he left my property. Very good work and great customer service.
