Mr. Patel provides superior customer service. He is prompt, courteous, efficient, reliable, and his services are reasonably priced. He arrived right on time at both old and new house locations. Another company had offered to do the same job for almost three times the amount that Mr. Patel charged. Also, when I needed a different part in the new location, Mr. Patel had it in his truck. This meant that he was able to complete the job on a Saturday and I was only without a washer/dryer for two days during my move. I would call Mr. Patel again. I would also recommend him to my friends. He is a pro.

Mr. Patel is extremely efficient. He was very punctual and came at the exact time he promised. He was called to service a washing machine which had stopped working.|He diagnosed the problem immediately, and after giving us an estimate of the expected cost he ordered the parts. As soon as he had received them he returned and finished the repair in a most professional manner. I would certainly call on him again.

Fixed ice maker. Called another repairman who claimed to have trouble finding the parts. Did not have any such issues with Mr. Patel

Mr. Patel was very professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would and found the problem quickly. He informed me of the cost of the repair upfront. Issue was repaired within a half-hour and my dryer works better then ever. I would definitely use Mr. Patel from Mr. Appliance again.

Mr. Patel stepped in to help me when another provider was giving me some trouble. I had order the parts for the machine myself, and Mr. Patel came to my house on a Saturday to install them. I'd been without a washing machine for three weeks at that point, so I was very grateful that he made himself available. Next time, I will call him first.

Great experience. Mr. Patel arrived actually earlier than he had stated, which we appreciated. He called 15 minutes out to let us know he was on the way (also appreciated). He diagnosed the issue right away, had the part with him and we were back in business within an hour. I would recommend him and keep him in mind for the future.

The provider was on time, courteous and very professional. He had to out come twice because a part had to be ordered for my old clothes dryer. The company did not charge extra for the second trip and the part came on the date they said it would arrive. ( only 2 days later)On the 2nd visit, the dryer was repaired very quickly. This all took place in my hair salon during business hours and the repairman was so professional and fast that he did not disrupt business at all. I would definitely use this company again. My experience with them was by far, in EVERY way, better than the last experience I had with an appliance repair guy coming into the salon.

The experience was good. They were nice and completed the work quickly. They called me right back and came out right away.

HE came and determined the problem and gave me the estimate to repair. Charged me $65.00 to come out and listen to the machine. Would not take the coupon because no repairs were done.

Repair was done quickly. He also shortened the flexible hose for the vent so it would flow better.

The locking mechanism on my Dacor wall unit's top oven broke. Then the bottom mechanism failed. As a result, I could no longer close either oven nor clean them. Several highly rated repair services tried to fix them and failed. Then I called Mr. Patel. He took one look at the problem, told me that he would have to order the part, then returned and fixed it without hesitation. This is a complex electronic convection oven. If you don't understand the circuitry, then you can't fix it, certainly not by fiddling with it mechanically. I was very impressed by his knowledge and skill. Would not hesitate to use him again, especially when dealing with the new fangled, high end appliances.

We have an old refrigerator in a rental house that had a problem with water puddling inside the refrigerator. Two visits over the last 8 months by a different repair company, also found on Angie's list, could not determine the source of the water. Our tenants dealt with the water by keeping a towel down on the floor to absorb spillage and did not communicate to us how significant the problem was. I saw it myself last week and called Mr. Patel from Mr. Appliance based on previous reviews from customers on Angiel's List, including one who had a similar problem. It took him all of 2 minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it!

Very punctual, gave detailed explanation of problem, and if part is replaced, how many years of service I would get from it. That helped me decide whether iIshould repair or just buy a new refrigerator.

Excellent service, great price, and were able to schedule us in quickly. When your fridge isn't working you can't wait a week and Mr. Appliance got us in the very next day!

My freezer had stopped makeing ice, and was not freezing properly. I had called another appliance company that I had found on Angie's list (sorry I can't remember the name) to fix the problem. After an hour of unsuccessfully finding the problem, the other company called Mr Patel, from Mr Appliance. Mr Patel scheduled a time for later the same day, to come take a look at my freezer. He found the problem, and ended up having to replace my coils, and recharge the freon. Since it was a very expensive fridge/freezer that was only 3 years old, I had decided to have it repaired, rather than replaced. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professionable.

I got his name from Angie's list. I called and made an appointment. He was prompt and finished quickly. we were pleased.

He was able to fix what the first provider could not. He was really good. He was efficient and on time.

He identified the problem and returned on appointed day to replace.

Mr. Patel arrived promptly and was gracious enough to spend a moment schmoozing my overly-friendly toy poodles before he tackled the job. He did the usual checks -- GFI outlet and circuit-breaker -- and then proceeded to work is way into the guts of the washer. TThis is a stacked washer/dryer combination and in order to access the internal mechanics he had to tip the dryer back and prop it open to access the washer wiring. He methodically checked the many modular connections and found a loose connection from the on/off switch. Over the 8-year life of the washer, the switch connection had vibrated loose. He plugged it back in and the washer was repaired. The entire job took less than 45 minutes. My only regret is that now I have no excuse NOT to do my laundry! I feel that Mr. Patel's fees are not the lowest, but he acted professionally and with alacrity, and is someone I would not only hire again, but I would readily recommend his services to anyone. He earns an A+ in my book!

Our Dacor dual-fuel range appeared to not be working. There was clearly power as the oven light switched on and off. I emailed Mr. Appliance and received a phone call first thing the next morning and was asked if I would be available at 9:30 am that day. Mr. Patel arrived and quickly assessed the problem, corrected it and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I would recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Prompt and competent. A little expensive to me, but you get what you pay for.

He fixed what we thought was the problem and it worked for a week but turned out to be the fan on the frig. He fixed it and deducted the original fee, He was amazing, he came out Xmas eve because I thought the frig wasn't working again. Turns out it was just on a defrost cycle. He didn't charge me. I will surely use him again but I hope not too soon.
