Made appointment through website. Received confirmation of appointment via email. Worked from home. Was supposed to arrive between 8-12PM. At 12:30 I called, no answer. Called again and spoke to them. They said that the website scheduling doesn't work and they could not come today, could they reschedule. Not ok. One thing if the website not working, but another to not bother to call me proactively so I did not sit at home waiting for them to come. Was not apologetic at all. Did nothing to rectify the situation. Has not responded to BBB inquiry. Rude, rude, rude.

I got up on a Saturday morning to find that my freezer unit wasn't working. Checking Angie's List, I was dismayed to find that most appliance repair companies aren't open on Saturday, while others couldn't get anyone out for two to three business days. I was able to connect with Ashok Patil of Mr. Appliance, and after hearing my description of the problem, he said he would be out between 11am and 1pm that day (This was about 930am at the time). He called back about 1030am to say that he was coming and arrived about 1045. After identifying the probable cause of the problem (iced over coils due to my carelessness in leaving the door cracked open overnight), he proceeded to do the necessary disassembly, de-icing, other checks to ensure proper operation, and then reassembly and cleanup. His work and attitude were very professional. I am a realist about the price to have ANYONE come out for home repairs. Anyone who has had a plumber, electrician, carpenter, mason, etc come out to do work know that rates are never cheap, Recognizing that reality, I had/have no complaints about the amount billed, especially considering the extremely fast response time AND being on a Saturday too when most such services are closed. Continuing to be a realist, it's not likely that he could always be that responsive, perhaps I hit it pretty lucky this time, but even so, I am appreciative of the job he did. I would surely call him again for any appliance repairs that might occur in the future, I wouldn't even look anywhere else.

He was absolutely wonderful! He was nice, clean, and a great guy overall. He was also very efficient.

The workers were fine. They left the area clean. They were very prompt right on time. I would recommend them to family and friends.

A four year old Kenmore labeled LG mfg'd refrigerator failed. Mr Appliance, who was the service contract agent, was able to discern the problem and through problem elimination repair the refrigerator. While the entire length of time it took to get the refrigerator operating properly was far to long this was not Mr Appliance's fault as he had to abide by the service contract terms. Bottom line here is that Mr. Appliance did his work in a timely, neat and professional manner. However if you are in the market for a new refrigerator DO NOT CONSIDER LG. In four years this refrigerator has had 4 compressors and at least 4 other parts replaced. And while the unit is currently working that is no guarantee it will continue to do so... based on previous experience!

It took a total of three visits because of the availability of parts. The fan motor replacement part required the second visit and the water valve replacement part required the third visit. The bad water valve was not detected until the brittle water tubing was replace. All visits were professional and on time. I was very happy with the service.

The tech arrived the same day and within the time frame he said. He took an hour to do the repair. I didn't ask a price but I was very surprised to see the cost as high as it was. When I asked he said the charge was by the job??

Mr. Patel was extremely responsive and professional. He came right on time and worked quietly and neatly at my home. My microwave had a faulty button, so he placed the button. He tested the microwave to make sure it was working properly before leaving. Not sure about the pricing, as I never had this type of repair done before, but he fixed the problem, so I'm happy!! Excellent experience. Would recommend!

He is reliable. He is punctual. He knows what he is doing and he does it. If he has to come back because of a part he gets the part and comes back and its fixed.

The service was expensive, but our refrigerator works now. It took him about 20 minutes. The part was $50.00 and the labor was $200.00.

Super customer service, both on phone to schedule appt & while at my home on the day of service. I had a stuffed animal rupture and get into the heating element, where it was burning. The problem was quickly found & completely remedied!

Mr Patel came in, and immediately started removing the cover to get to the coils. He defrosted them, and helped us clean up the fridge. It was over 90 in the garage, and he never complained. He put it all back together and waited to be sure it was running properly. He wrote the receipt on an iPad and we had a copy via email before he left the street. About 6 hours later it was completely cool, and by the next morning, finally quit running. We were extremely pleased with his work, and will call him first next time.

He is a real pro, and nice guy to boot. He arrived on time, had the part with him, showed me the cost before installing it.

Excellent. Mr. Patel came next day after I called him. I had previously been waiting 5 weeks for a terrible contractor assigned by my AHS home warranty. That contractor had incorrectly determined that I needed new transformer and other parts. The claim was denied but had I finished the work with that guy I would have been paying a lot for parts I apparently didn't need. Mr. Patel determined I simply had a bad fuse in the appliance and replaced it on the spot in just 1 hour. He was extremely knowledgable, polite, and respectful of the home ensuring not to damage anything as he removed the heavy oven. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance and will use again.

Mike was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the workings of all appliances. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the specific and important details he provided to me. What an asset he is to Mr. Appliance! Mike was clear and concise about explaining what the issues were concerning both appliances. He gave me instructions about why my dish washer had not been working properly and advised me about what the issue was regarding my washing machine. I was so impressed with him and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future, as well as being happy and confident to refer Mr. Appliance to others. In my honest opinion, Mr. Appliance is a company that is very trustworthy and honest - a definite asset and a true find for me!

He was very friendly and polite. He took apart the machine and checked a couple of things. He managed to get it to drain, which I had been quite worried about. He said there was leaking oil and that the transmission would need to be replaced. He told the the price for replacement and had suggestions of good brands to buy if I elected to replace the machine instead. He was very up front and helpful. Then he put it all back together. I will keep his card and call again if I have issues with any other appliances they service.

I called Mr. Appliance on Friday and he came out on Saturday within the window of time he'd given me. He diagnosed the problem quickly--the refrigerator needed a new control board--and said he would be back on Monday or Tuesday with the part. He called on Monday and said that he had the part and could be at the house in 20 minutes. He came and replaced the control panel quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased that he was able to come out on a Saturday to begin with. When I called on Friday, I figured that nobody would be able to come until after the weekend. Yay for Saturday appointments from Mr. Appliance!

This provider was very punctual and professional. The provider arrived early, completed the work and honored the online coupon that was listed under his business. I was thoroughly impressed and very satisfied with the work. I used the oven the same day of the repair and did not experience any problem. I would highly recommend this provider.

Service provider was very prompt and thorough. He arrived early, completed the repair and was very reasonable. Upon learning that I contacted him through Angie's List, he remembered the coupon and applied the discount to the already reasonable total cost. I would recommend this provider.

After a mix up in scheduling (which the owner apologized for by taking an additional 10% off the cost of the service call) his repairman arrived right on time. I was laid up with a knee replacement so I didn't deal with him myself and cannot recall his name. I'm very sorry I can't because he could not have been more helpful He reattached the door handle and explained that the part we needed for the ice maker would cost a lot less if we switched it out ourselves! Consequently, all the work was done for the price of the service call. I could not have asked for more. Would I use them again? That would be a no-brainer...of course I would. Thanks Greg and your great employee!

It works but it wasn't a $47.00 part.

I emailed thru Angie's requesting a call w/estimate but I have not heard back as of yet.

Called and spoke to repair man. Left number for him to call back to schedule appointment however he never called back.

Unit worked fine after he replaced electronic board..Called several repair companies, he was the one that could come out quickest.

Ashok answered the phone, came to home same day and promptly fixed the washing machine. He was professional, in uniform, and was careful in the work site.
