Description of Work: Our Whirlpool refrigerator would not cool. The problem was diagnosed as an electrical board. The part had to be picked up for installation the next day. The service man (Ashok) was very professional and had a lot of experience. He was very responsive as I called other repair companies that could not come for weeks or did not bother to answer my call. I felt that the cost was more than I expected but the refrigerator is working fine.

Description of Work: Troubleshooting and dishwasher repair for $100. Perfect.

Description of Work: My frost free freezer was collecting water on the floor of the appliance and not freezing well. A drain was clogged and Mr. Appliance cleared and flushed the unit. He explained everything he was going to do to my husband to be sure we were okay with it. He was prompt, professional and reasonable (I thought). I would hire him again.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Appliance to schedule a repair apt on my dishwasher. After getting information from me on both the age of the device, the issue, and other factors, Mr. Appliance recommended the best choice would be replacement. While he was happy to come out and try and make a repair, he was upfront and honest that most likely the repair would either not be possible or only be a very short term fix (due to the age of my DW). I appreciated his honesty, and that he saved me money that he could have easily charged me (by proceeding with the service call). I will definitely call this service again for future appliance needs.

Description of Work: The visit was brief and NO repair needed.I was concerned my refrigerator was not getting cold enough and just wanted a HONEST, knowledgeable answer. The cost of the service call was worth the peace of mind. He was prompt, professional and kindly explained a few things to me. |Everything was replaced and orderly! I never mind paying for good honest service. |

Description of Work: Replaced faulty magnetron and diode in above range microwave. Also replaced cracked grill cover. Ashok arrived on time and was very professional. I am pleased with the service he provided.

Description of Work: Replaced a leading house in the dishwasher. All around excellent work. I thought he was a little pricey but others have told me he's about average.

I called, set up an appointment, they arrived when they promised, provided the service needed on the same visit (parts and repair of dishwasher). The appliance has continued to perform for over a year since the repair was done. I'm happy.

Description of Work: Felt that the Angie's list price reduction was a scam. Came in telling me the service call would be $160, kind of an odd figure. Ended up being $150 with "discount." Everything else was well-done.
