We have used him before: he arrives promptly and does good work in a reasonable period of time.

He was prompt and had it fixed in about an hour. A new part was needed. He even left the buzzer disconnected on the washer (though not the dryer) since I asked if that "break" could be left.

The gentleman answered the phone, scheduled to come between 1 and 3:00PM and arrived at 2:15. He was polite, neat in his appearance and immediately set to work. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned the site and put everything back in place. The washing machine works perfectly. His fee was quite reasonable, indeed less than I had expected to pay. I will definitely use him again.

I called with a problem with my dishwasher not cleaning the dishes. I got a service call the same day. He checked it out and discovered that the water lines were clogged with debris. Cleaned and rechecked system. He is very nice, very professional and explained how I could clean it out my self if I had trouble in the future. This is the second time I have called this business for this appliance. I got really good service the first time also and the problem was properly diagnosed and the part replaced. I definitely recommend.

I had called in another service provider first, and the technician was unable to find the problem. He refunded my money and called Mr. Applicance to come and take a look the next day. Ashok Patel arrived the next day from Mr. Appliance. He called before he came out and was a few minutes early. He got right to work and 45 minutes later he had discovered the problem. It seems that a wire running to a door switch was shorted out. His card says "Expert Applicance Repair" and I would have to agree. He knew exactly what he was doing, and systematically tested all the functions of the range until he discovered and fixed the problem. Once he fixed the problem, he tested all the functionality of the range to ensure it worked properly. I am very, very happy with the service and will call again.

He had never worked on GE Harmony washer before. He thought it was the stator so he ordered the part. Having not heard from him in two weeks, I called to find out where we stood. He said he hadn't received it yet; I think he hadn't ordered it yet. Two days later he called to say he had it. He replaced the stator and the noise was the same. That meant it had to be the bearing housing assemply. He said he would order the part and come back when it arrived. Two weeks later I again called; he had not ordered the part. He asked if I wanted him to order the part and told me it would cost $175 for the part plus labor. I told him I could order the part over the internet, including shipping, for $150. Having chased him around for more than a month, I ordered it and I put it in myself. Runs like a top.

I had seen an ad that had said that they had emergency service. They were able to come to my house on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without replacing parts.

I noticed my fridge wasn't working on a Sunday morning and frantically started searching for a company that might come out on a Sunday to fix it. "Mr. Appliance" called me back right away and was at my house by lunchtime. He had it working again within about an hour, for a reasonable price, especially considering how quickly he arrived and on a weekend. I would definitely call this company again.
