Electrician was punctual and efficient

I don't often write reviews but was so impressed by their service that I felt I should share my experience. When I called originally, they took the time to listen to what the issue was and suggested a few things to check before they came out. Which gave me the feeling that they are not just after my money but really want to solve the issue at hand. I couldn't fix the problem and they sent Carl out to resolve. Carl does fantastic work and is an excellent communicator. I would recommend Miller and Miller to my friends and family!

FANTASTIC! Carl, the electrician who came, was so knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, professional, pleasant and so helpful. He actually did the work faster than the estimated time and thus saved us a lot of money. He also was so helpful in answering all our questions and made several suggestions of related things we could do that we asked about. We will ALWAYS use this company for our electrical needs. Only wish all companies we need for other service were this terrific in all areas. They also responded to our need for service very promptly. They are the best!!! Can't say enough good things about them! So glad I saw their reviews on Nextdoor.com and called them!!

Both diagnosis and repair was completed quickly. No follow-up repair has been required.

Miller & Miller did a great job. They were careful with everything and did the job quickly. It was awesome! We will definitely call them again for any electrical work we need done.

Dale spent some time thinking through the changes we wanted and and laid out the new lighting and switches to be as convenient and useful as possible. His tech team did the install over two days, left things spotless at the end of each day each day. We're delighted with the end result - our kitchen is flooded with crisp 3000K light.

I guess the technician didn't use a stud finder or whatever proper tools he needed to locate the best placement for the outlet - he left 2 indentations in the wall next to where the outlet ultimately went.

Overall nice job on the total installation work. However, the technician must not have used the proper tools he needed to locate the best placement for the interior outlet - he left 2 indentations in the wall next to where the outlet ultimately went so that was disappointing. We're not that picky but I'm sure other people probably would have demanded it be fixed to look like its previous state...The way I see it, it's just more motivation to update the bathroom including sanding and painting the wall. I'd hire again if we could have a guarantee that no visible holes would be left on walls or other surfaces.

They did a beautiful job, quickly for the estimated price. They were very careful about cutting the wallboard as little and as neatly as possible. Joe was punctual, very knowledgeable and efficient. I would hire them again.

From first contact to completion of the job, everyone was pleasant and professional. The technician who did the work knew his stuff, and did a good job.

All I can say, I wish they lived in Maryland so I could call Miller & Miller to work on my home! They are really terrific!

Great work. Gail was helpful to make sure someone got to the house on time and Carl the tech was great.

They identified the problem in a reasonable amount of time and fixed it. Joe even provided additional sealant that was absent on outdoor outlets that should have been there. Friendly top notch professionals from the very first scheduling call (with Gail) to the the follow-up call from Joe a few days afterwards. We'll definitely use these folks again if needed and offer our highest recommendations for others!

Outstanding. Miller & Miller Electric was able to fit me into their schedule with little notice, which was greatly appreciated. The electrician (Carl) arrived on time. After I described to him what I needed, he briefed me on exactly what he was going to do and the cost. Miller & Miller Electric changes one hour minimum and, since Carl finished before the hour was up, he fixed a couple of other minor electrical issues I had.

Dan from Miller & Miller Electric was responsive to my email and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for recessed lights in my family room. Carl was on time and talked through all of the options for my space. Carl spent less time than anticipated and I didn’t need any repairs to the sheet rock. I will definitely recommend Miller & Miller Electric to my friends and family!

The work that was done was Excellent! The tech came out right away and was spot on! He was quick knew exactly what he was doing and was great to work with. My overall experience was amazing and I would give them a 10++++ out of 10 rating. If they offered services other than electrical I would hire them for every project I have.
