Description of Work: Miller and Miller were very responsive and easy to work with. I needed some additional 220v electrical outlets installed however my breaker panel was full. I spoke with Dale and Gail via email and sent them photos of the panel. Dale was able to identify what was needed and sent someone out for the installation within just a few days. The installation was well done and works perfectly. The cost of installation was higher than quoted however which put a damper on the finished product for me.

Description of Work: Hired to install ceiling fan and when he arrived ON TIME he said it would take about a hour less then expected and could save me around $100! Appreciate the honestly and work. I then asked while he was here if he would mine putting in a second light and had no problem saying yes.

Description of Work: It was our first time using Miller and Miller. They installed three ceiling fans, fixed an outlet, and replaced a bulb in a very high outdoor light fixture on our detached garage. Joe, our service person, was courteous, professional and efficient. After he left, we found a problem with the ceiling fans and the multiple wall-mounted remote controls. All of the fans were responding to a single control. They needed to be programmed with different settings for each room. Joe was dispatched to our home within a day or so and got everything working properly. | |We have already engaged them to install another ceiling fan and replace multiple outdoor lighting fixtures in the next several days (end of September). | |We highly recommend Miller and Miller. We wish we had known about them 7 years ago when did an extensive addition to, and renovation of our home.

Description of Work: Installed outdoor outlet required for new deck and wired a newly installed attic fan. We had him look at our breaker box and he talked us out of doing optional work on it. Technician called before arrival, arrived on time, and completed work efficiently. Will definitely use Miller & Miller again.

Description of Work: They replaced seven inside outlets, added an outside outlet and installed exterior lighting. We used Miller & Miller for much more extensive work in summer of 2013, involving installing undercounted lighting in our kitchen and hanging ceiling fans throughout the house for a cost of about $2000. They are our go-to service for anything electrical.

Called ahead; was running ahead of schedule, asked if it was okay to come early. I said Yes! |He did a thorough job, checked everything. Even things that I was adding on as we went along. |He was able to address most on the first visit, but one of the issues uncovered was more serious and required a follow-up visit; supplies, etc. |We arranged that promptly. Joe came back and knocked it out... as well as checked on a couple other items that I had forgotten the first time. |All-in-all, it was a great experience and Miller & Miller will be the first people I call if I ever have any electrical issues in the future.

Description of Work: We asked Miller and Miller to advise us on a lighting arrangement for my wife's art studio. Dale Miller was very helpful in understanding our requirements and coming up with a solution that consisted of a double set of large track lights. He helped us locate an electrical supply house where we selected and ordered the appropriate style of track lighting. When we received our order, Dale scheduled two of his electricians to come in and install the lights. Installation was complicated by an existing ceiling fan and wall switches. The electricians were very quick and competent and the art studio is now well-lit. Our experience was very positive and we would hire Miller and Miller again.

Description of Work: Miller and Miller Electric upgraded the service on my Duplex. Its a 1951 house that had an old-style fusebox, and the services are separate for each unit. It was not exactly the easiest job to take on, but they did a great job, staying late in cold weather to make sure that myself and my tenants both had electricity back before the end of the day. | |Overall, I'm pleased with the work, and I'd recommend them to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: What can I say. My wife was happy with the job. The kept the area clean, safe and my wife informed of what they were there to do. They took 4 lights down, put two new holes to hang new lights, installed a 3 way dimmer and made the old connections safe for covering over.

My charges ended up being $117 per hour for labor plus materials.I did not complain because I thought I had received the best possible work effort. | |For my next electrical job I will confirm with the service rep who comes prior to beginning work the actual costs that I have been told by phone. |
