Very helpful over the phone in attempting to troubleshoot to save us the cost of the service visit. When the phone consultation didn't solve the problem, they sent a technician who was professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired/replaced the necessary parts. A very good experience overall, particularly compared to two of their competitors that I called for estimated initially (one never called me back, the other called back after than excessive delay). I recommend them and will use them again.

We had a dryer that worked occasionally. We would have to re-trip a breaker to get it to work. We had an appliance person diagnose that it was the electricity. Miller and Miller came out., right on time and even called to let us know he was on his way, even though he was coming within the 30minute allotted slot Dale came out and he had an impeccably organized and clean truck. He used floor mats to keep the place clean just on case, but his shoes were clean. He checked the power provided and fixed the issue on right away.

I called because we had appliance problems that we thought was related to power. We've had power issues before. The electrician very politely and professionaly walked us through several diagnostic tests over the phone and came to the conclusion that it was not an electrical problem. We REALLY appreciated that he did not come out and charge us a fee to determine that. What was especially impressive that he called back a day or two later and asked if everything was OK and said he's be available to talk to the appliance repair person if they thought it was power, then he's be able to come fix that. I'll hire them is a second when we eventually add more power to that area of our house, which he was able to describe how we would do.

The owners came to our home and recommended lighting for the path leading to the front steps and provided a prompt written estimate once we decided which lights we liked. They both came to install the lights and a transformer, carefully worked around our groundcover and the rest of our plants, made sure we approved of placement and left the porch and path clean. They followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was in working order and returned to explain how to use the timer feature. I would not hesitate to contact them to do additional work. The lights look awesome!

It was a great experience. It was the second time I've used them. Mr. Miller called in advance to get the details of the job to ensure he understood its scope. The person who did the work was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. I am very happy with them and will use them again with no reservations.

Electrician called before hand and arrived on time. Gave good suggestions. The work was performed promptly and neatly cleaned up. He is also very polite and professional, and explained additional features on the light control unit. Parts price is very reasonable. Also got a followup call the next morning. Overall highly satisfied.

They came when they said they would did what they promises. Talked thorugh the problem on the phone--bad light fixture. Gave me a rough estimate. Actual repair came in a little higher. However, on a follow-up phone call after the repair I was informed I get a $22 check in the mail due to an overcharge by their supplier. Excellent experience all around.

I am very pleased with the overall service. They arrived on time and quickly reviewed the request and looked for options to run a new 120 outlet for the new range. Overall job only took 40 minutes and the installer was very professional and made sure the site was clean before he left. I definitely would recommend them again! What I was also impressed with was the office called the next day (a Saturday) to follow up on the job performance and my satisfaction. Thank you!

Examined all areas and fixed problems identified.

Overall, it was fine. They arrived 15 minutes late. It appears they couldn't reuse the old receptacles and plates since we were charged for new ones at $16.50 total. Costs were 1.5 hours x a labor rate of $95 per hour ($142.50) + materials of $24 + an unspecified Service Charge of $55 - Angie's List discount of $25 plus tax. Total: $198.36. They did a fine job and seem very nice but the cost seemed high for an hour and a half of work.

Very responsive and worked to troubleshoot over the phone before scheduling a visit. Flexible in scheduling an appointment that fit in our schedule. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach/explain. Went above and beyond in repairing the powerless outlet. As for the garage outlet issue, honest evaluation and provided multiple suggestions as to how to resolve the problem without an expensive an unnecessary electrician's bill. We will definately use Williams and Williams for all of our electrical needs.

I was very pleased with the work and how they took the time to explain everything. They were also very flexible.

Made an appointment for 8:30 that morning and he was here about 8:20. Did an excellent job. We thought price for materials was a little high.

See above. It is great to know there is a company out there that you can trust and who will stand by their performance. They have done other jobs for us before when we first moved to the area. The technician spent a lot of time with us, going over every detail in the house. It is an older home and the previous owners did some of the electrical work haphazardly. We wanted to make sure that we were safe, as electrical issues can cause big problems. They did not push us to do anything unnecessary, were calm, thorough, and professional.

They have always been nice, up front, prompt, and give their opinions about whether something should be done or not. They will give you the options and tell you benefits. Work seems great.

I then turned to Dale Miller of Miller Electric, whom I found in Angie's List. He was not only prompt and courteous, but the installation went quickly and the work was performed professionally. In subsequent discussions about doing additional work, Dale has been responsive and helpful. We have recently discussed additional installation projects and he has been helpful in recommending other contractors in different areas. I plan to use Miller Electric again.

Miller & Miller called me back right away and arranged a time to come out very quickly after explaining their pricing schedule. They had no issue identifying and repairing the wiring problem. The entire process took less than an hour. Dale even offered some free consultation on some creative electrical work that a former house owner had done. I would definitely use Miller & Miller again.

They have done a wonderful job each time. Although the price seems slightly high, the work is good and we will continue to use them in the future.

The light fixture in our kitchen had gone out a while ago. I tried replacing the bulbs which did not fix it, but we were also having some popping at one of the light switches when it went out. I then tried replacing the ballast myself, but turning off the switches still had current at the fixture, so we decided it was time to get a professional. They replaced the ballast for me. Nothing sounded unusual to the technician in the rest of the description, but he went ahead and checked things out and replaced the two switches for my piece of mind. All done much quicker and more thorough than I could have done myself.

From our initial contact to project completion, Dale was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and provided creative suggestions as how best to address our needs. The project was completed in a timely manner and we are delieghted with the result. He also identified and prompty fixed potentially hazardous wiring (a leftover from the previous owner). We will certainly use Miller and Miller Electric in the future.
