It went great! Carl and Ricky were the two gentlemen sent to do the job. They were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They kept us informed on what they were working on, the status of the project, let us know of any findings, and fixed any issues they identified. They were also able to explain what issues they ran into, why it was an issue, and what they did to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Miller and Miller Electric and will use them again for any and all electrical needs.

Fantastic service, very prompt. As a small business, they offered a very fair price (including their markup on the spot lights); suspect it was lower than a larger firm. I highly recommend them.

They did a really super job. Carl came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained why he was doing everything he was working on. I'll be having them back to do some more work in the next few weeks.

Miller & Miller Electric was hired to completely wire my new one and a half story detached garage workshop. This included a meter base, grounding system, 200 amp breaker panel, 6 four foot fluorescent shop lights downstairs, 2 incandescent light fixtures upstairs, separate GFCI protected power circuits on each of the 4 ground floor walls and one for upstairs, separate dedicated circuits upstairs and down for window air conditioners, smoke detectors upstairs and down, motion detecting flood lights on the outside front, an entrance light by the side door, outside receptacle, and a 240v circuit for a welder. Dale Miller came out to go over my plans and had some good suggestions for improving my original specifications. On Tuesday Dale, along with Carl and Ricky, arrived to begin work. As work progressed over the next 3 days minor changes were made to improve the layout and I found everyone very friendly and very easy to work with. As for the quality of the work I couldn't be more pleased. No shortcuts were taken anywhere. The way the wiring was done you could use it as a text book example of how wiring should be done. Frankly, my garage work shop is wired much better than my house. Final inspection went without a hitch and as of this writing I am waiting on Duke Power to come and connect the garage to the grid. Miller & Miller are not the least expensive electricians out there, but it's hard to imagine anyone else doing as good a job for me as they did. I highly recommend them.

Miller & Miller was recommended to me by a local electric supply company. I called and spoke with both owners, Gail and Dale, and we discussed the nature of the job. They were both personable, articulate and professional. They were able to send one of their technicians, Carl, out the next day. Carl called about 20 minutes before arriving, to give us a heads up. He too was personable, in addition to being an efficient and a skillful craftsman. He worked quickly, but ensured that he did a really careful job, not just with the installation but with ensuring that he took care not to soil the surrounding area. When he was done, he cleaned up very well.

They were professional, prompt, polite and through. Left the work site very neat. NBot cheap but quality work and I would use again.

Dale Miller (who owns the business along with his wife, Gail Miller) came to our home and gave us free estimates. He gave us lighting ideas that we hadn't thought of: rope lighting for the pantry, and a pendant light for the kitchen to replace the track lighting (which we haven't yet installed because it hadn't yet arrived). He priced some of our own suggestions (lots of can lights) and when we decided that they were too expensive, he was creative in finding cheaper alternatives. He was helpful in warning us against things that would not work well, such as putting can lights near a ceiling fan, resulting in a strobe effect. He did a walkthrough of our two-story townhouse, which took about 90 minutes, and answered all my lighting questions. He didn't charge us anything for his visit, and there was absolutely no pressure to do anything -- he just freely shared his professional expertise. It was easy to reach Gail and Dale by phone after his visit with my many additional questions. We ordered a crystal chandelier, and when it arrived, he sent Ricky and Carl to install it and to do the other tasks. Both were very professional and did a good job. They arrived as scheduled and were careful to keep things clean. I would highly recommend Miller and Miller Electric.

Every interaction with Miller & Miller was respectful and professional. Their service is top-notch. I was responded to quickly to schedule the job and the two gentlemen who did the actual work were punctual and very courteous. They worked quickly to get the work done and went over it with me when the work was complete. I even received a personalized thank you note in the mail a few days after the service. Now THAT is a welcome rarity in service. It is also important to note that the price did not include the lights - I supplied those.

Mr. Miller was prompt, professional, easy to work with. He took his time performing the inspection and was willing to educate us about potential safety concerns in our home. He was honest and straightforward and we are confident that he would do an excellent job performing the repairs he recommended.

I have high ceilings, and they took a picture of the frayed wires so I could actually see the damage. They have repaired several small electrical problems throughout my home. I am extremely happy with their service, and will continue to use them in the future.

Overall, just a great experience. My house is ~13 years old, but I have owned it for just over 2 years. For peace of mind, I thought it would be a good idea to have the full house electrical inspection done when I saw the Big Deal offered. Though I had purchased the electrical inspection on a "coupon", Dale, the owner/technician, treated me no different than any of his other customers. The job was not rushed in any way and he really did a very thorough job of going through the house in great detail and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I had several as electrical is not my strong suit of knowledge. There also was no indication of him "creating an urgent situation" where I would "need" his services. He actually stated that he felt that whomever originally wired my house did a good job and that I should have no worries. If I ever have a need for electrical work, I will definitely be calling Miller & Miller.

They have a good crew, they do excellent work, they are prompt and courteous.

From scheduling the appointments to completion of the work, they were all professional, flexible and made sure I was completely satisfied with all work. I will definitely use them again!

I called office to set up appt and was told that they were booked until Monday (this was Friday). I really didn't want to wait but it wasn't that big of a deal so I agreed and was told that since it sounded like a simple fix that if they finished early that day they would stop by. I really didn't expect them since it was the holidays and I suspected outdoor lights & Christmas trees added to the service calls. They were there early due to a cancellation and had everything fixed in no time even though it did take some sleuthing to find the faulty outlet. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly, highly recommend them!

I was hosting a holiday open house and desperately wanted to have the new light fixtures hung before the event but there wasn't much time left. Miller and Miller were very responsive and were able to give me an appointment in short notice. The electrician who came was prompt, cheerful, courteous and professional. Great experience from the original phone call to the completion of the job. Took the time on the phone to go over all my concerns with my electrical issues. When the electrician came here he was very thorough, neat, knowledgeable, friendly. It's a small, family run company who really care about their clients. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

They showed up on time and Dale is one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people I have met since moving here. His wife, who I haven't met in person, was extremely helpful as well. I now understand all the glowing comments. One of their workman had to pick up a part and actually deducted time from the bill for the errand. Let me tell you, I am moving from NJ and no contractor of any kind for any service would do that. While getting work done on your place is always a hassle and expense, these people are great to work with and try to save you as much money as they can. You would never make a mistake using them.

Mr. Dale Miller, the company owner and licensed electrician, provided an accurate quote quickly over the phone. The cost of the completed work was within the quote. Mr. Miller, in my initial call to him for an estimate, explained how I might be able to locate and correct myself the problem of the outlets that were not working. But I was not able to locate the tripped GFCI. Mr.Carl Wrobel, the technician, was punctual, efficient, courteous, and professional. Mr. Wrobel's extensive experience in the wiring of houses enabled him to quicly locate the tripped GFCI outlet that was hidden by items stacked against a wall. Carl explained the electrical problems and solutions clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. The total cost of the job included $309 labor, $150 parts, $55 van/transportation to home related costs, and $10 tax.

Easy phone appointment. Had to wait a few days. He arrived on time. We discussed the issue. He described his approach very well. Went through a complete diagnosis and suggested a very good approach. Would use again very happily.

Dale and Carl upgraded the lighting in our basement den and basement bonus room. They gave us great advice on where to locate recessed cans and a ceiling fan. They also gave us great advice on how lighting in one room would be used, leading to a more functional switching design. We are very happy with the new lighting in the basement. Dale and Carl are very professional and inspire confidence with their expertise.
