Miller went above and beyond for me- took care of scheduling and being present for the inspection - which meant he was on the same page with the inspector and was able to quickly rectify anything necessary to ensure we got our permit. I had to coordinate this work long distance and I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team.

Customer service and responsiveness was phenomenal- we called to leave a message at 6 am and instead the owner answered. A same day appointment was set up and our fire alarm issue was remedied. I cannot say enough about the great customer service.

Fine. On time, informative, helpful. Used them once many years ago, and they still had records of the service. Very helpful on phone, and in person. Will use again. Expensive, but you get what you pay for and can feel confident that installed parts are high quality and reliable.

Cleaned out the receptacle, replaced it and a GFCI switch. They were up front about cost when I called and the electrician worked efficiently and charged the appropriate amount.

We found our electricians!! I contacted Miller & Miller, and spoke with Dale. He listened to my issue, and explained what they could do along with the cost. Joe came out the same week and was great! Very friendly and professional. Joe was about to set me up with a new outlet, and install a timer for me in less than an hour.

I like them. I think the price was fair. The owner came out and spent a lot of time giving advice on potential work. He spent time here which was nice. The workers that came out was very good. I was happy with them.

We've used them several times to do some custom work and it turned out really well. I thought they were a bit pricey. They are very professional, very punctual and very thorough. They came right away. Their responsiveness was great.

We called Miller & Miller who offered a flat hourly rate. They came, helped us get our doorbell working and also switched out some light kits on ceiling fans. I was impressed with the professionalism and commitment to make sure our doorbell was working. I would recommend them hands down!

Outstanding! Joe, the technician was simply superb! His knowledge and experience rivaled a CSI investigator tracking down the tough to find short, first thought to be a bad outlet, later tracked down to 2 staples in the crawl space that over time (original construction 18yrs ago) created a short in the wire it bound. Wow! He even looked at a couple other outlets to ensure everything was fixed. Definitely worth every penny, these guys are great!

They had a cancellation and were able to see me next day. I liked that the pricing was flat-rate and upfront. The job was completed slightly under the estimate, and Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I may even have them back soon for some additional work. Very happy with them!

When I called to explain the situation, the person was courteous and knowledgeable. The electrician that came to the house was also courteous, and obviously knew what he was doing because he fixed the problem in no time.

He was very good. He checked the line feeding the equipment for moisture, dryer the line and outlet, and installed covers for two outlets.

The work included adding outlets in bathroom and closet, providing electric for new medicine cabinets. The technician that came was very personable, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well and we're very pleased with the final result.

Went well. While Carl was a little late to complications on his previous job, he quickly identified the issue and a solution. Carl was professional clearly knew what he was doing. I liked the service however I thought the cost was a bit high. Saying that, I would certainly recommend them and plan to use them again.

Dale diagnosed the problem based on my message and our discussion. He wanted to save me $ as he was fairly certain it was utility company problem. He was spot on and I will be using them in the future.
