Excellent! The technician not only performed the service requested, but noted a major problem with wiring/grounding (gas pipe bonding) performed by another "electrician." They notified me of the issue and severity if not addressed to which I am extremely thankful. Great service, ability to work with my schedule and a service provider I'd use in the future.

Miller & Miller was very responsive. I called several other electricians first, but they all said it would be 2-3 days before they could schedule me. Miller and Miller moved some things around so that they could get out later that same afternoon. They were very prompt, called 30 minutes before arriving, and arrived on time. They went straight to the breaker box, did their checks, retrieved the parts, and replaced the breakers. They were very attentive and moved very fast. The heat was back on before the sun went down. We would definitely use them again.

It was fine. They did the work as required. What stands out to me about them is their thoroughness.

Friendly, courteous, punctual, surveyed the attic for damage we had from squirrels that got into our attic. Replaced some wire found to be chewed on. Did the job quickly and at a fair price. Would use them again, no doubt.

It was great from start to finish. Dale Miller came out and discussed our needs and offered suggestions. He sent us a quote and when we agreed, set up the schedule . We had a two day job and the two men sent were extremely professional and careful. We needed holes put in the ceiling to find the locations for the recessed lights and they did a minimal amount of holes. They kept us completely in the loop and showed us the progress. Everything turned out just as we wanted. I love our new lights. The quote was very close to the final invoice.

Installed new chandelier and took down old one-fixed master closet switch and light-prompt and professional.

We called Miller & Miller on a Friday afternoon. Dale Miller correctly analyzed the problem over the phone. We then made an appointment over the phone for the following Monday. Dale then followed up with a call that Monday morning to let us know when to expect him. Dale was curteous and professional, and in our opinion, trustworthy.

Dale Miller was one of only two companies who responded to my requests. I selected him because I could talk directly with the principal of the company and he was highly knowledgeable about the safety upgrades I might need (particularly additional GFI receptacles). He scheduled a visit to do the inspection, arrived on time and left a detailed itemized bid for the work. I called him to accept the bid, and the actual work was scheduled for the next day. Carl and Ricky did the actual repairs and replacements. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed promptly and correctly. As part of their work on a receptacle for the septic pump and float, they discovered a problem with the septic system and provided the name of an Angie's List contractor who could give me an estimate on the septic system problem and repairs. Overall, I felt very comfortable with Dale and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an older home to get a thorough review and upgrades.

Due to weather (rain and outside electrical work aren't a good mix) the initial appointment was rescheduled. The following week the Service Rep arrived on time. The areas of concern were pointed out and the Tech / Karl went to work. He had verified in minutes that the outside outlets were working and suggested we check the electrical drop cord. Karl replaced the ballast and completed the repair. Overall time was shy of an hour. Karl was professional and very personable. Took the time to listen and explained what he would do to address the problem. I thought as a 'new customer' we would possibly receive a discount but not the case. Overall, Thumbs Up here for Karl and Miller & Miller Electric.

I called the main line and talked to 1 of the owners and provided details for the work. Promptly got a call back with a reasonable quote and scheduled service. The service technician was professional and easily understood the issue with our floodlight. After repositioning the outdoor light, the technician fixed our kitchen light with ease.

Told them what I needed and was quoted $150 for 1 hour job. Further time would be charged by quarter. Called day before to confirm, called 1/2 hour prior to appointment and arrived precisely on time. Very professional.

The owner called me early on a Monday morning after I emailed over the weekend, and had an estimate and set up an appointment for only four days out. The crew showed up on time, was extremely courteous and professional, explained everything they did, and finished the job in less time than the owner had quoted. The price worked out to be pretty much exactly what the owner had stated. We'll definitely use them again.

Professional and highly competent service just like last time. The electrician installed a recessed outlet for our new stove and dishwasher. Parts were needed, and he had them on-hand. They were able to schedule us for this non-urgent service within 2 days. I trust Miller & Miller and highly recommend them.

It went great! The electrician arrived on time and was neat and clean (with working with a "popcorn" ceiling and clean up of supplies and trash).

The repairman arrived on time, did his work quickly, cleanly, and professionally. It tool a little over an hour. We also asked them to review whether we needed a whole house surge protector and they followed up on that by phone. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

Most was completed with 2 new fixtures but outside sensor spotlight still mal-functioning and his solution did not work for it. Paying the labor which was high to travel to 2 Lowes was not expected which was paying for about 1.5 hrs. labor when not at home-I expected to pay for some but was not expecting to pay for the 1.5 hrs. completely plus the 1 hr. of work in home.

They came referred. They were fast, honest, accurate, great communication, on time, and very professional. It's the way it used to be.

Carl was the technician. He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He adjusted the sensors, caulked around the outside, and demonstrated the operation of the wall switch testing functions. I was very happy with the services performed.

Miller & Miller did some work for me several years ago, and I'll need them in fall for some new electrical installations. BUT, I so appreciate their willingness to help out by phone. Plus their prompt response to help out on a problem I had created.

I signed up for an Angies list deal for a lighting package and consulted with Dale on installing recessed lighting. . I was very impressed with how detail oriented he was in providing all the information upfront to me. I decided to go ahead and have them installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and subsequently a fan and lighting fixture. Ricky, the technician that did the work, was very dedicated and thorough and took great care of the cabinets and floors. They were very flexible in meeting my needs. As they were getting done with what we had originally agreed to, I expressed an interest in adding an additional cam light in the kitchen and they immediately fetched a new part and installed it for me in the same trip. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Also when I spoke to Dale the first time, he insisted that I get a town permit before I do the work since it was in the best interests of both the home owner and the contractor from an insurance standpoint ( I did the permit myself but I think it was worth the piece of mind) . I think that was good advice and something that I would have overlooked. So I am thankful for that. Overall I was very pleased with the work and would be glad to do business with them again.

This is a great company, very service oriented. I needed a myriad of electrical work done, most of it related to a home inspection report, some of it to update the existing service. The Miller's were very patient with me as the work request was somewhat extensive and diverse; it took a long time to go through the inspection report just to develop the estimate. They were on time, efficient, diligent, conscientious, courteous & professional. They made sure I understood what they were doing, consulted me when a decision had to be made & explained everything so I understood completely. Best of all, these are very skilled & competent electricians, so I feel safe with the work they did in my older home.

They were extremely courteous, prompt, personable, professional and able. They anticipated equipment needed from the excellent phone interview as to issues being experienced. The final bill was expensive, but the electrician did a lot of work the same day than was expected, testing and replacing outlets, motion lights, etc. Highly recommend them and would use them again. The only potential recommendation, would be to spread out some of the work on the punch list to fit one's budget, unless money is no object.

Provider never bothered to return call. I can't really provide a decent review other than to say there was less than professional courtesy provided.
