Very prompt service! Steve came out the next day and fixed our issue so we could sell our house with piece of mind. Great and friendly service and will certainly use Miller and Miller Electrical again.

I spoked with Gail Miller at length earlier in the week. She arranged for Carl to come with a window of a couple of hours in the afternoon. Carl, however, called to ask me if he could come early, as he'd finished another service. I have been a homeowner in Cary, NC since 1992, and this is the first time in the realm of home repair or improvement that anyone has called to ask if they could come EARLY. After recovering from my shock, I told Carl that coming early was fine. He arrived moments later. We had three wall sockets not working. He discovered that a wire in a wall socket that was still working had broken. And bam! All fixed. I totally recommend Miller & Miller Electric. And if you happen to speak with Gail, lucky you.

He told me what to expect and was true to his word. He was extremely professional. After the service he informed me to contact him should any other issues arise, which I really appreciated.

Carl called me to tell me that he could arrive early if it worked for me. The business worked me in the same week that I contacted them. Carl was professional and extremely informative. He explained to me what he was doing and was quick and efficient. It took him about 40 mins. Price was exactly what was estimated, was nice that no additional money was needed to finish the job. I would definitely use Miller and Miller again and I would request Carl specifically. He was great!

Exemplary professionalism exhibited by both owners AND their service providers every step of the way. We had a complicated lighting job on a sloped ceiling. They made it work for us! The crews were always on time and cleaned up their work spaces. Careful with our home, walls and floors. They also provided estimates for the scheduled tasks - both for our small and large jobs. We were pleased with everything they did for us in our new home.

Technician do not want to install the chandelier in our living room since he is not comfortable with height. That was our main job to be done. So, end up not working with him.

Everything went well from start to finish. The technician, Carl, called ahead and when he arrived had a great attitude about performing the service. He went over what Dale and I had discussed over the phone and offered a different option explaining the labor/parts prices. He finished within 15 min of the estimated time and the final price was within expectation. As far as customer service and professionalism is concerned, this is one of the best companies I have dealt with in the Raleigh area.

I contacted them in late May for an estimate received a quick response. Called to schedule worked after I purchased ceiling and smoke alarms. The electrician called before he came and arrive a little early. He was very nice and professional explained what was to done clearly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The electrician was right on time and called ahead by 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and neat and very respectful of our home. He removed his shoes prior to coming in and cleaned up the work area after he was complete. We had a great experience (our 1st one with Miller & Miller) and we will definitely be using again for all future electrical needs.

This is the second time that I have used Miller and Miller and the second time Carl was the electrician. Service was just as good the second time. After speaking with someone regarding what I needed done, I received a second call from the owner to discuss details of what I wanted and recommendations were made to achieve my goals. When Carl arrived, he checked the outlet in question and identified that the problem was not with the outlet but with how I had put the bulb in the vintage floor lamp. While checking the outlet, Carl took the time to properly secure the outlet box in the floor which had not been done by the builder. When preparing to install the exterior floodlight fixture, he discovered that I had not obtained the appropriate LED floodlights. He explained specifically what I needed and offered to go ahead and install the fixture. I could then go and exchange the floodlights and put in the lights. Because of the location of the fixture, I wanted him to install the lights as well. He offered to go get the correct lights but was careful to explain that his doing so might cause him to exceed the one hour minimum charge. Throughout the service call, Carl explained everything he was doing and cleaned up everything. I appreciate that at this call as before, they had the opportunity to tell me that I needed services (replacement of an outlet) that would have been more expensive for me and did not. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Everything was handled perfectly: from the scheduling of the appointment to the clean up after the work was done. Carl arrived on time, did a quality job, and was respectful of both my home and my time. I couldn't ask for anything more.

My initial call was to Gail on Friday, April 11th. She was very pleasant and inquired about the problem we were having with our kitchen electrical outlets. She then called one of the electricians to see if there was anything I should try on my own, and to see if he might know what was causing this problem. He stated that he was pretty sure what the issue was and Gail scheduled me for the following Monday. Carl was the technician scheduled to come to our home on April 14th. Carl called that afternoon to let me know what time he would arrive at our home. Carl was very pleasant and explained in detail all of the work and testing he performed. He performed the work in one hour and then retested all of the outlets. We will probably have Miller & Miller back out to our home to do some work in our garage.

Miller and Miller scheduled a quick appointment, they were able to provide an estimate over the phone which was very accurate. They arrived on time, actually early. I was out of town during the service and my parents were at my house. The electrician called me, discussed the options, gave me the final price, and did the work. He called me again before he left to let me know the final result. The actual work took about an hour. I am very happy with the services received.

The work was done as requested. Service was excellent and workers were courteous and did an outstanding job. They also made sure room was cleaned up before they left. Miller & Miller came to give the estimate in a timely manner and work was done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend the company. I referred them to a neighbor who was very pleased with their work as well.

I am VERY impressed with every aspect of the way Miller and Miller does business. From the first phone call until the electricians walked out the door they were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Ricky and Carl arrived on time and dressed professionally. I showed them where the work was that needed to be done and they got to work immediately. The work was done efficiently and they were neat, you wouldn't even know someone had done work in the house. The price was slightly cheaper then the original estimate too! I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs!!

I called on Saturday night and they returned my call that night. Sunday they were on site developing a plan to repair the damage, following all current codes. They came out when they said, came back to figure out a problem following the repairand have continued to be professional and dependable. They are easy to work with and return calls in a timely fashion, even on week-ends and evenings. All the empllyees are courteous and are dedicated to getting it right! My repairs have not been finished due to pending work from the contractor but check in on progress. They are my electrician for any related issues as long as I own a home!

They had a team of two. They came as professionally as you can get. They were as articulate as can be. They were personable, neat and great workers. The owners are also very professional, they even took us to dinner after we wrapped the project. They are the only electricians I will ever use!
