The washer broke down in the same exact way on Sunday, August 18, 2013, which was within the 30 day guarantee period. I left a message on Sunday. A woman called me on Monday @ 10:30 AM and said "he will call you". No one called Monday. Tuesday, when I was unavailable, someone called from Mike's Appliance Service 3 times between noon and 2pm. I returned the call at 5:30pm which was my first opportunity to do so. I left a message saying I would be available on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. I called a few times Wed. AM and left a voice message once. I called again Wednesday, 5:30pm, and left another message. He, Wand, called me back and said he could come again and do the same repair. After we had finished our call I realized that he had never said this would be a no-charge visit because of the guarantee. I left 2 messages yesterday, 8/22/2013 @ 1pm & 7:30pm asking them to clarify the "no charge" aspect of another visit because of the 30 day guarantee. I also asked for the owner to call m back. Today, 8/23/2013, I have left more messages without a response..... I have assumptions about why they refuse to contact me, but without their contact, these are pure guesses on my part.

Routine job that took less than 1/2 hour. I was surprised at the total charge. Seems like a lot of money for time spent and work performed. Otherwise satisfied with the promptness and overall quality of work.

MIKE IS A VERY DEPENDABLE GUY. WHEN YOU TELL HIM TO BE THERE BY EIGHT, HE'LL SHOW UP TEN MINUTES EARLY. THE BEARINGS WENT OUT ON THE DRYER SO THIS ENDED UP BEING A PRETTY BIG JOB, AND HE HANDLED IT WELL.

MIKE'S WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM AND THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED.
