Description of Work: Jason met us at the home to inspect the plumbing. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the well house of the home was flooded and the power had been cut off so he wasn't able to do the inspection. He offered to come back out when the electricity was back on and made some recommendations. Limited experience but overall I felt like they were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Toilets and showers were over flowing with water without any water being ran .... We were thinking what could this possibly be? Well sure enough we called Michael and son and got a hold of this amazing guy Brad, he came out and cleaned out our pipes towards the house, then when he cleaned them out towards the street he found a ton of roots and blockage... Needless to say the only thing I could think of was, great now we have to hassle with the city of raleigh... but, with no stress nor worry Brad was only a phone call away (eating lunch) when the city of raleigh guys showed up... He came back within five minutes threw his camera back in and showed them that it was their problem to deal with before he could go any further... Sure enough they did their part no hassle what so ever!!! Everyone knows how the city can be when it comes to something they want to throw at the house owner to take care of.. But this was so simple and now everything is flowing beautifully once again!! We also had him check out our bathroom sink, and sure enough he fixed the problem... Brad was absolutely amazing!! We already have an electrician scheduled to come out next week through Michael and son... We loved the work and response we received from them...
