Description of Work: We had our kitchen re-done and they Installed a dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal and faucet. Everything is working fine! The amount they charged seemed to be high but they did a good job.

Description of Work: Neal Harris replaced our garbage disposal with a greatly-improved model. It is SO quiet that we don't even know when it's ON! I've never heard a disposal THIS quiet before. It cost more money than we had planned to spend, but it's worth it.

Description of Work: The guy came out to inspect specificly the plumbing and test the water if necessary. He was able to determine the major problems: pipes weren't to code, water heater old, pressure tank needed to be replaced, new sediment filter was needed, and valves and other adjustments to make everything functional. I was quoted $3472 but I believe I can get a better quote. Still a good company.

Description of Work: Excellent job. They arrived on time and were very thorough. We wanted to run a gas line to our outdoor grill as well as extend a line to our range and convert that from electric to gas. It ended up costing much more than we thought but we did not realize we would need permits and to bring our older house up to code to do the work safely and pass the permit process. It probably would have been cheaper if we had shopped around but you pay a bit for quality and also, a main office, that can coordinate the multiple folks that we needed (PNC, Cary Permit, electrician and plumber). Jacob, our electrician, was excellent as was our Plumber, Adam. Should I ever need plumbing or electrical services I would request these guys specifically.

Description of Work: I bought this Angie's Deal because we just completely renovated our kitchen and we needed our sink and dishwasher re-plumbed. I thought it was a very straight forward job that wouldn't take long. The sink was brand new and already installed, there was no garbage disposal, so all the plumber needed to do was install the faucet and re-install the dishwasher. I was pretty shocked when the quote came back for over $800 but we didn't have much choice b/c I already bought this deal and we were on a time crunch. So the plumber did all the work, took about 90 minutes, and was out the door in less than 2 hours after he arrived. A few days later after I realized how much I feel like we were overcharged I called and spoke with a manager and he said he agreed it shouldn't have costs that much and promised to send a refund check. 4 weeks later no refund check was received so I called back and the manager told me that there was an oversight with the original request. A week later we finally got our refund check. It was a lot of hassle for a relatively simple job.

Description of Work: I had previously scheduled the service but I did call the day of the service to confirm the appointment. I was told after the plumber arrived that there was an additional dispatch fee of $29.00. I explained that I was not aware of this fee so he did remove it from the final bill. The only complaint I have is that he had to cut holes in the wall to search for the water lines but I was not aware of it after he left. It would have been great to know so I could have scheduled someone to fix the wall.
