Description of Work: Bait and switch. Bought a $200 service deal for $120 so a kitchen faucet could be replaced. I manage this house remotely so I didn't see the leaky faucet or buy a replacement in advance, but the job had to be done. I asked that the faucet be replaced with a cheap generic faucet. After the plumber arrived I was told the price would be north of $500. After some negotiation they came down to about $450, which included charging me about $220 for a basic faucet Lowes sells for $80. I felt that once I purchased the deal they had me and tried to work every cent they could from the transaction.

Description of Work: They fixed some wiring to several lights in my house. I did have to tell the electrician that I had a coupon, they had actually charged full price, been paid, and left, when I asked if they had included the coupon in that price. They had to turn around and come back to fix that.

Description of Work: very professional. previous visit to fix front light and also replaced outlets. They showed that light fixtures were original with home by showing how the wires had changed colors and also pointed out the hard wired smoke detector needed to be replaced. Who knew. That is what prompted the second visit; appreciated that I got the same person who already worked in my home. Will use in future.

Description of Work: We had a mystery leak which was very difficult to diagnose. The plumber did not give up and kept pursuing all possibilities. He found the unusual problem and fixed it. He was very neat and respectful of my home as well while working. My only complaint was that communication on arrival time could be better.
