Description of Work: This house was built 50 years ago and the pipes are made of iron and the main trap for the bathrooms had to be replaced. It was a big job and costly, but necessary. This is the third plumbing company we have worked with in the past two years and by far the best in every way. The earlier jobs involved repairing toilets and although one of those companies would have done the job for less, we are much more satisfied with Michael and Sons. These plumbers were more professional and much more competent and we were much more confident about the results.

Description of Work: Installed a fiberflass shower from lowes into my bathroom and installed new toilet flange. Work was great, Mark was easy to work with and cleaned up when he was done. Took almost the whole day to get it done but that is fine and was expected. I would hire again for additional plumbing services.

Description of Work: I can't recall the exact cost of the service but it was over $1500... We needed a new water heater... they presented cost and pros/cons of replacing the tank water heater we already had vs a tankless (which they could do as well). Since we were planning to move in the next couple years, we just went with the tank again. The service was great and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Jacob is just awesome! I would recommend calling and asking for him as he really put attention to detail into my job. He found some unsafe wiring that had nothing to do with this particular job, that was hidden way deep in the crawl space where you literally have the bottom of the house touching your chest till you get to the back wall. As I have never explored the crawl space back that far as my chest touching the bottom of the house was enough for me to turn around. lol Well Jacob took a picture of some very unsafe wiring that probably had been there for 27 years, going back to when the house was made. One look at that picture and I was glad Jacob took it to show me the dangerous situation I had sitting right under my house. As far as the job went, I love the quality and look of the new wiring and outlets that I had installed. Even the government inspector who came out told me that he was impressed with Jacob's work. I went with Michael and Sons for this project and for so many others over the years, because while they arent the lowest priced going, they do an outstanding job. Overall they are worth the money with the quality work and peace of mind that they provide repeat customers like myself.
