Description of Work: Annual inspection of AC compressor and interior unit. Were ontime and courteous. Cut back shrubbery around compressor, sprayed for ants found in compressor housing. Determined that compressor was in good shape and did not need added coolant.

Description of Work: They quoted $700 to replace a bathtub faucet, and an additional $400 to snake a slow drain and replace a filter!! I asked them to leave and got a refund on my $119 for $200 worth of work. I will be cancelling my membership. (I got the tub fixed for under $300.)

Description of Work: Professional, punctual, quick. Seemed expensive to run a drain, seal around a tub faucet, and put pipe tape on a shower head. Would have easily done on own, but sale of home required a licensed professional.

Description of Work: First off, I want to say that the electrician that came to my house was very good. He clearly explained everything to me and was very professional. A+ for him. His services were extremely expensive though. | |It's the company that I have a problem with. First, there's a large fee just to get them to your house which ate up about 1/3 of the service money before anyone even showed up. The M+S person who booked my appointment said that the field service team have the "option to waive that fee at their discretion". I asked what that means and she wouldn't give me an answer. It turns out that the answer is they'll waive it if you buy their year service plan, which is $150. This comes with free HVAC, plumbing and electrical inspection. I got that and made an appointment for the inspection, but they didn't tell me that it requires three different people. The HVAC guy cancelled the morning of the appointment, after I'd already committed to taking a half day off of work. The whole thing was just bad and I'll not be using their service again.
