Description of Work: Called to get a quote on replacing a leaky kitchen water faucet. $69 just to come to the house, though they would apply that to the job cost if I hired them. Michael & Son only provide a four hour window for appts, so plan on blocking out four hours of your day for them. When the tech arrived he was very polite, put the booties on and looked at the faucet. Quoted me $269 to R&R the faucet, which he said would take about one hour- and that was using a good quality faucet I had picked up at Lowes. Michael & Son would be happy to sell me a faucet for $400. Now, I am all for capitalism- but this seems way out of line. Guess I will find out as I have other plumbers come by to give me a price.

Description of Work: I paid $119 for $200 worth of plumbing services on a coupon on a coupon offered by Michael and Sons. I waited two weeks for them to contact me related to what I needed done. I heard nothing from them. So apparently they do not want my work. So I canceled the call coupon and ask Angie's list for a refund. I will find another plumbing company who wants my business
