Adjusted angle on hot water faucet handle in downstairs master. Fixed another leaky faucet in upstairs master, hot & cold, replaced internal spring & software but neither cartridge. Leak check satisfactory. Checked for leaking toilet in upstairs master and explained any necessary adjustment. No adjustment necessary. Explained all work to homeowner.

I bought a big deal for this. It turned out okay, it was just that Michal & Sons turned out to be a little bit pricier than me going out to get a local person to do the work. When I was asking about doing future work the price was, like, twice the price of anybody else that was local so I did not really appreciate that part. But the big deal was okay. They gave me a price on replacing some outdoor faucets that was going to exceed what the original cost was going to be so I told them not to do it. It was just minor repair. He was very good at what he did. They did what I expected them to do. It was not anything out standing, but it was not anything that I would consider detrimental, either. They stayed to their schedule and showed up when they said they would so that was good. They were there when they said they would be there. I will not use them again in the future because they are too pricey.

The technician was polite and courteous and identified the issue straight away. He was late, but the office called me with timing updates so that was very helpful. The only downside to the experience is how expensive it was for such a simple problem. Granted, we couldn't fix it ourselves...

Fine but pricey. And my ice maker was disconnected during the repairs somehow and I still have not been able to get it fixed despite initial quick response.

Wonderful. Electrician called ahead and arrived per appointment time. All work done exceptionally well and neatly. The installer, Isaac, was very professional and knowledgeable. Job completed in about 1 hour.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List that stated that I would pay $129.00 for $200.00 worth of electrical services. I contacted this provider and they advised me that were going to have to charge me additional amount (a discharge fee). I feel that this is misleading due to the fact that they do not include this information in the deal description. I was also told that I could set my appointment virtually yet I was told that I had to contact them via phone to set appointment.

Rob was able to quickly assess the situation for both problems. Luckily for us, they turned out to be easy fixes- more things to be aware of (this is a new home for us). Great service all around- we'd definitely recommend this company!

I returned from vacation to no hot water. :( I was very pleased how quickly that Michael and sons were able to get a repairman to my home (within 30 minutes of the call). I was surprised that the repairman said I needed a new hot water heater in less than 1 minute (as opposed to repairing it). He was very professional, polite and met his word on how long it would take. I do think the cost was very high and when you are in an urgent situation, I didn't have the luxury of price shopping. So overall I thought the service was VERY good but I think I was overcharged.

Pete, the plumber, arrived on time and went right to work. He worked incredibly hard, fixed the problem and left. I did an awesome job and I would call his company again if I ever had another plumbing or electrical problem.

Problem was misdiagnosed. Quoted $2500 to repair the incorrect problem, we then got a 2nd opinion and found there was a different cause for the leak and it was $1000 less.

I am quite impressed with this Company. Everyone I spoke with, from the gentleman who scheduled my appointment to the woman who confirmed the night before and most importantly the two technicians (Daryl and Jean) were so very pleasant and helpful. Daryl phoned me to apologize for a slight delay the morning of the appointment and he and Jean arrived precisely at the time he indicated. They set to work determining the nature of the "leak" only to conclude that it was not pipe or drain related afterall and explained that over time the shower tile had settled, impairing the integrity of the seal between the tile and the protective board used to preventive water damage. Though outside their field of expertise, both Daryl and Jean were able to give me sufficient information to pursue repairing the condition (Daryl was able to give me a referal to a water damage expert). I was only charged the flat service call rate of $29.00 which I considered a bargain! A very satisfying experience with these two gentleman and now I will know who to call if I encounter other problems in the future.

I bought the Big Deal over the weekend and called this morning to ask for service call. I was extremely surprised when they said they could come out this afternoon--same day! What a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Chad tried very hard to position the sensors so we would get the best response from the floodlights, to avoid trees as much as possible, and to aim the lights so they would not disturb the neighbors. He was very professional, courteous, and capable. He was up and down that ladder several times, but he never complained. Excellent person and excellent service.

They did have to come back and fix something. Their customer service is fantastic.

I bought a deal for $129 for $200 worth of electrical work. Apparently $200 doesn't cover very much, because I had to pay another $58.00 to finish the 2 jobs. The work was done efficiently and quickly, and the electrician was very professional. However, he was in our house no more than 45 minutes tops and we had the parts needed on hand. I don't think I'd bother buying another deal like this.

He found a short in one outlet and fixed it, checked the other outlets in that room and advised that they all should be fixed but he didn't fix them, just the one that caused the outage. He then tried to sell me a "special" service to come and do the whole house....over $1000. He was probably at the house for about 20 minutes. Although i feel I got good service, I don't feel that I got $200 worth of it.

They were very professional and honest. Looking at what was done the price was reasonable. Sales person was very professional and upfront. On the day of installation the technicians came right on time. They were very customer oriented and did their installation over 2 days to install both downstairs and upstairs units. I am impressed by the price, punctuality, and quality of work.

It went well. Provider was prompt, courteous and got the water hooked back up in a timely manner.

That's crazy for a garbage disposal - I don't think so! He did do a good job fixing my toilet, and the price for the service call was reasonable.

After learning that my minor water problem turned into a failing well pump at 330 Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend I was not sure what to do. I called them about 345 and spoke to a very pleasant individual that explained the process and was able to get a technician at my house about 5ish. Alan was a very pleasant and professional technician. We troubleshooted the problem to learn that I needed a new well pump. Alan explained all of ,you options and costs before any work was done. They sent an additional technician to help replace the pipe and pump on a 360ft well. At about 10pm everyone was leaving and I had water. Once completed they handed me all of my paperwork, explained the warranty information, and emailed me electronic copies of everything including invoice receipt. All of the technicians were very nice. I would call them again if I had any other plumbing issues.

Everette was really great. Very informative, fast, and honest. Would highly recommend this service. They honored the angie's list coupon without question. great all around.

The person sent was very nice and professional. Arrived on time and sounded like he knew his job well. He sounded like it would be a real pain to move the light, telling me he would have to destroy drywall inside the house, go through studs, or crawl under the home to wire it. He did not seem enthused at the prospect at all. Not sure why he couldn't go through the outside considering the siding was pulled off awaiting new siding. His description made it sound like it would be a very expensive process to move a light. Then to check out the ceiling fan and put a (supplied) support on it was quoted at over $300 not including the service fee. I paid the service fee and politely sent the Electrician away. I personally found the services to be overpriced.

Unfortunately, we were in the process of changing out the tub drain stopper upstairs when a leak was created. This leak caused damage to the ceiling in our master bathroom downstairs and we were unable to use a stopper in the bathroom upstairs to take a bath. On the first visit, we were told after the fact that the repairman would be going there to see what needed to get done before doing any services. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to us every thing that would need to get done and asked if any additional work was needed. The day of the actual service, he repaired the water damaged to the ceiling, put in a new tub stopper system and installed a new toilet, sink, etc [that we had already purchased] in our master bathroom downstairs. We were pleased at their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was an assessment to fix a leak in our water line. John Mayo was our technician and was professional, polite, informed and overall made an unpleasant, expensive situation palatable.
