Technician was slow to show up, though it was a Sunday and required an emergency fee. Once he was there, the replacement took 15 minutes and his advice could save us a lot of money. Great work and great technician!

I was disappointed based on previous experience with them. I felt like I got a used car salesman instead of a plumber. He tried to hard sell me for a good 30-45 minutes on installing 2 new toilets for over $1000, which is not what I needed nor called for. I needed a new valve/flapper and I know this. Just because I'm a woman it doesn't mean you can blow smoke up my butt; I know a few things about home maintenance. Word to the wise Michael and Son, if you have your plumbers on commission, stop. It's killing your reputation.

We had some plumbing issues and I waned to get them taken care of. I didn't care for the plumber frankly. He was not a very good sales person if I may put it that way. I'm frankly sorry that I'd even asked him to so the work but we had already paid the money for the deal so I still have a $60 credit with them if they still have that but I did also call them for an electrician and I didn't do it through Angie's List deal or anything but that experience was very positive. So I have a feeling that it's partly to do with the personality or the person who came out and his ability to do things because I didn't get a real good feel for him but the electrician was fantastic. I wasn't pleased with the cost and also the fact that he other things that I'd asked him about doing, he was very discouraging about doing any of them. The price would have been exorbitant. It was about 4 or 500 dollars to change out an outside faucet and they would have had to have gone through the interior wall and the exterior wall and of course they don't do anything to come back behind and re-fix those so it was going to be a very expensive proposition according to him. And he was also trying to encourage me to purchase their warranty plan and he added the cost of the plan onto doing one of the other jobs. It was just the personality of the gentleman, he was nice enough but it was difficult to understand him and I just wasn't really happy and I would not call him back. He installed the shower head and I had the shower head, he didn't provide it, it was just his labor. He was punctual.

I chose another provider, so I do not understand why an overall grade is required!

They were professional and prompt and they did what they said they were going to do.

These guys are absolute crooks. System never worked as they promised. System was to have a variable- speed fan to "ramp-up" with minimum noise as heat and/or air conditioning was needed but fan comes on with full speed and is extremely noisy and inefficient. They won't come back to fix it even though it is under a 10-year parts & labor warranty. Numerous calls to the Service Manager have gone unanswered.

The job was very quick and the plumber was very pleasant. He was very efficient and they knew exactly what they were doing.

Let me preface by saying I am 78 years old. I called company because of Angie's List. The technician was very nice and completed the job professionally. The cost for service was extremely high. I was totally flabbergasted by cost.

I had purchased a coupon - $119 for $200 worth of service. I called a few days later and told the woman my problem and that I had company coming in for a wedding and needed the faucet fixed soon. They booked it as soon as I was available. Edwin called before he arrived, and arrived within the time parameters they gave me. He was professional, quick, and left the work area clean. 1st class service.

The job went great. The plumbers were prompt and courteous and explained everything they were doing and what our options were.

He did excellent job and he was very thorough but the pricing was outrageous.

Day 1 in our new house and I attempted replacement of a cartridge in shower faucet to stop a leak. The cartridge broke and I called Michael & Sons. Brooks arrived later that day and we agreed the best course of action was to replace the fixture. He capped off the lines so we could use water in the house overnight and arrived the next day to install a new fixture. Now are leak free and have a new fixture which is much better serviceable in the future. Brooks also hooked me up with their Silver HVAC service plan and later that week Reggie arrived to examine. He immediately found poor workmanship on the p-trap drain on the unit and identified rust in the evaporator along with mold. He replaced with a true p-trap, cleaned the mold and installed a UV light to prevent future mold growth. If he had not come the chances of mold spreading throughout my house would have been eminent. Neither of these services were cheap, but I do believe I received honest, quality work. I will look to Michael & Sons for all my future plumbing, electric and HVAC needs!

The experience with Michael & Son was smooth from start to finish. Todd, the employee sent to install the fan, could not have been more professional and efficient. He even made recommendations regarding the fan installation which were very helpful to us. I would highly recommend Michael & Son for electrical work including the installation of a ceiling fan. The price included having to install an electrical box in the ceiling.

Over all the experience was OK. I have two issues, and depending on how they are resolved, will dictate if I use this company again. My first issue was during their work, my air conditioning circuit blew out (not part of the planned work) and had to be replaced. This happened when they were turning on and off circuits and replacing lines to the new outlets. To me this was not a coincidence and I have been trying to get in contact with a manager to discuss this issue with regards to payment of this new part. I have been waiting for more than 1 month, with multiple phone calls, and still have yet to be contacted by a manager. My second issue is that my inspection failed. They did not use the correct circuits when moving the electrical outlets. I asked the inspector if this is something that they should have known about and was told, yes, it's basic knowledge. I now need M&S to come back out, fix the circuit, and then have another inspection. Just more days off from work. I am now waiting to see how this issue will be resolved. Hopefully it also doesn't take more than a month. The sole reason I went with this company was it had licensed electricians and I needed it to pass inspection. Hopefully these issues will be solved soon and I can leave an update. So far, I'm not pleased with the work.

I thought they were kind of expensive. We were just trying to get the thing because it was ghost flushing and leaking. We had that thing fixed before but it was a lot less expensive and it fixed the problem. We started having a few more problems with it where the thing that they put in was catching and it is leaving it running so the chain catches a little mechanism and the flush won't go down all the way so it has been running for quite a while. We ended up paying more because I wrote another check. We thought that it would be covered. We just decided we'll never call them again. The guy also had a strange attitude. He said strange things. I don't know, he might have been making jokes but I didn't know what to expect. We were just glad when it was done and he left, and we said we are never going to call them again. The reason we went ahead and agreed to do it was because he said the type that we had was a bad type and it needed to be replaced, and it cost a whole lot more than before when we had the thing fixed. He told us we will never have to worry about it again. Before when we had them fixed, they lasted several years and it was still a lot cheaper. We have to find somebody else. It worked for a while.

After discovering a water leak on a Friday morning I placed a call to MAS. They were able to fit me in come out and make a repair within a few hours. The tech was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The service provider came on a very hot July afternoon, he diagnosed the problem, took temporary steps to stop the leak and returned the next day to complete the work. He was very helpful in suggesting a follow-up procedure. We were able to use a voucher to help with the costs.

They were fast- accurate and polite!

someone from electrical called in route. explained what was to be done. could not do that work, refered me to hvac dept. hvac dept called, cancelled appointment and said they could not install a dryer vent.
