Description of Work: Michael and Son helped clear a clogged toilet. The technician worked to accommodate my schedule on a very busy day. He explained up front the cost of the service call and likely repair. He also replaced a couple of worn out parts within the tank. The Big Deal coupon saved my a few dollars, so I was happy with that aspect too.

Description of Work: Replaced my old and faulty light switches that are potential fire hazard. I am very pleased with prompt service, quality of work, technician's expertise and communication, but the price is expensive.

Description of Work: Michael and Son sent Brian Thompson to handle issues with running toilet, leaky faucet, and inoperative water stopper in sink. Brian handled all problems efficiently and in a timely manner. When we had a problem recently, we called them again and asked for Brian. Cause for Water seeping around toilet onto floor could not be located. No charge for that call. We will be using Michael and Sons' Brian Thompson if and when we need plumbing services in the future.

They were quick to get someone out to my house and diagnose the problem. The professionalism was superb and I will definitely be using them for future plumbing issues! I felt like I received honest feedback, not what would make them the most money.

Description of Work: Called about a drain leak. They identified the problem .. Did not have supplies to repair but wanted to come back and charge me a crazy amount ( over 2500. ) to replace about 50 bucks worth of pipe... I did it myself the next day for under 50 and they wanted

Description of Work: Replaced toilet, refused to provide itemized invoice. Toilets are not more than $200 so I can only assume the rest was labor. If they had only granted my request for a breakdown of pricing, I might have given a better review. But I believe they are way overpriced.

Description of Work: Installed outlet behind stove, electrician maintained good communication about installation time and date, was also able to provide estimate by phone. Arrived on time and completed service promptly, estimate very close to final cost, did a great job.

Description of Work: Called for quote. Long phone wait. The will not do quotes for sewer/water line replacement without person being home. Other plumbers will. They requested I stay home between 1 and 4 pm for quote technician. I am disappointed because their recording says such nice things and then to not get the service response I expected. The sewer line is 28 ft, no shrubs, they could quote from sitting in their truck if they wanted the work.
