Description of Work: Service man was neat, on time, and polite. Service was more expensive than I thought ($600 for 1.5 hours of work!) and one job was forgotten altogether. I'll have to shop around again.

Description of Work: I just had an inspection done through an angies list deal. We had purchased a new house and were occasionally getting a sewer smell. The plumber who came out was professional and polite but couldn't find anything and looked thoroughly though out the house for problems. Seven weeks later and we haven't smelled anything so he must have been honest and not just looking for something to chare to repair. I toss the smell up to new house weirdness that just needed time. I would use them again.

Description of Work: A very professional installer was sent to install a water heater in the crawl space under my home. He evaluated what additional equipment was needed to bring the unit up to code, dealt with various issues that came up with ease, and completed the work within 4 hours. He took the time to answer my questions and to explain how everything operates. Very satisfied with the equipment, and the installer. Still a bit surprised that it costs that much to replace a water heater.

Description of Work: I purchased a whole house plumbing inspection for $29. They recommended a "major tank rebuild" for $326 to replace "guts" in one of the toilets. I could get a new toilet installed for less than that! A rebuild kit is about $15 and labor is about 10 minutes. An easy do-it-yourself job.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for $200 worth of service for $119. I needed to have a leaky shower fixed. No estimate would be given over the phone. The plumber arrived and gave the estimate from his Tablet- $387 to fix a leaky shower- less than an hour worth of work! Because I had already paid for the coupon I had the work done. The next day I noticed that the new handle that he had installed (and I bought at Lowes) was broken! I was going to put the old one back on, but the plumber had not left the old parts. I called to talk to someone (this was Saturday) The man on the phone said I would receive a call back either that day or Monday. So far no return phone call. They were professional and clean, but WAY too expensive for the work done.

Description of Work: They did the original work and then diagnostics on our whole electric sustem. Replaced one outside covered receptical, one inside receptical and replaced 2 burned master switches in our box. Checked 2 more master boxes outside. Very thorough and responsive. Would rehire.
