they come 4-5 times a year, they check everything on my home. They've done some work for me in the past. they done a fantastic job, they stand by everything they do. If you ever have problems they're here the next day to fix it. They are great!

I couldn't be happier. Aaron replaced a failed expansion tank and a T&P safety valve on my existing water heater. The repair was made quickly and professionally, and at a fraction of the cost of installing a tankless solution.

Took an entire day and drilled 2 wholes in the wall to replace a couple of inches of shorted wire. Also tried to sell me $5000 worth rewiring the entire house or else the house would burn down.

They installed new light fixtures in my bathroom. Great, wonderful, outstanding. No complaints. They were punctual, good quality and explained what they were doing well. I would recommend them to others.

Tech was prompt, courteous and professional; I purchased the Anigie's List ad for $119 for $200 of plumbing services. The ad did not disclose that there would be an additional $29 service call fee. This should be noted in the coupon disclosure or added to the price of the coupon.

After spending an entire day, there were 2 extra holes that were closed up on the wall and it cost me $650, I was told I have to replace the entire electric work in the house for $5000. My home warranty provider sent a electrician for second opinion and that electrician said its not necessary.

They were very punctual. Their guys were professional all the way. I like the guy that handled the situation. He was the one who told me about the rebate and he did everything he could to try and get me whatever rebate I could. He updated me on the system and how it operated. He showed me what I needed to handle the house and he was the one who showed me the warranty.

They were awesome. I had a leaking shower, and they came out the day I bought the Deal. They were fast and flexible. Gave options on what needed fixed, just did a good job.

So much better than I anticipated because I was so stressed because I was just about to lose it! I have never been through what I had been through in the last few days (OMG). Human feces backed up in my shower and tub. I had been having trouble for a few days. When this happened, this was the last straw and I called Michael and Son and John Mayo came out. We sat down and talked before doing anything. He asked questions and from my answers, he said let me go outside and take a look to confirm what I think it is. He went outside and stayed out there for about 20 minutes. He called me outside and what he saw confirmed what he thought . He said that he would not leave until both toilets were fixed. John Mayo was so very professional and he did just what he said he would do and he saved me money in the process!!! He know his job inside and out and if I need their service again, I will request John Mayo.

I think we used a coupon on Angie's List. They were punctual. They were professional. The only thing I disliked was that we had to call them back out because what they had supposedly fixed the first time they were here within a day or so became unfixed. They had to redo it. We had a follow-up service.

Thomas was the best! He explained what method he was going to take and walked me through the process. Went the extra mile to ensure the furnace operated more efficiently considering what he had to work with, considering what the builders installed. You never know what you really have when you purchase a new home, builders don't always install the best products.

The work done was done correctly and I have no problem with that. But even with the work done with a discount for the Angie's list deal, it was extremely expensive. It did not come out of my pocket as the company that installed wooden floors that resulted in the need for a plumber. When I sent them the bill to reimburse me they were shocked at how high it was. In addition, the plumber told me about a service contract Michael's offers and it also was considerably more then what I have now, which I am very satisfied about. So in summary, whatever they do you can get done by a good plumber for less, but they do the job properly.

The dispatcher showed up five minutes before time and I was overjoyed. Immediately, the specialist listen attentively and immediately got to work. After several hours and using high tech instruments and a camera to view the inside of the pipe (I thought this was awesome); details of the situation was explain and the specialist quickly unclogged the pipe and got the water flowing through the pipe without back up onto the property. The job took more than 3 hours, but it was worth the time because the specialist was able to pin-point the problem and clearly explain to me what needed to be done. Apologize for this long detail review, but Michaels & Son came to my rescue and I am glad I watched the commercial and decided to reach out to them. As a homeowner and a senior on a tight budget, they gave me a wonderful discount. Be sure to always ask for senior discounts.

I was charged $180 to flip a switch, the guy admitted that he knew what the problem was when I first called, but didn't tell me an easy fix. He then said it fixed all the outside outlets...it didn't. I called back telling them they didn't fix it, and they flipped another switch and tried to charge me another $180. I refused, and we came to the agreement that I didn't have to pay. They also told me my entire electrical system had been done wrong, and they hadn't even seen the inside of my home, or any of the indoor outlets. My father in law then used them for their plumbing service, even though I advised him not to. He then told me I was right about them. All they care about is making a dollar. They told him he needed an entire new plumbing system which was like $3000, so he paid them the $180 for nothing just to get them away. Cary Plumbing then told him that the part he needed was on warranty, and it only costed him $150 for everything and the fix. Michael and Son are nothing but criminals, and I advise you to stay far away from them.

The quality of work is tough because the install had a defect in it and we had to have them come back. We'll go with a B because part of it was the manufacturer's, we don't wanna rate Michael & Son against it. We had them come back a couple times to finish fixing everything.

Jonathan came on a Wednesday afternoon to assess a possible leak. He checked out all our sinks etc. and found a list of other problems. We were so thankful he found the other issues and was great at explaining everything so we could understand. He completed the work in a timely manner, was professional, transparent, thorough and has great attention for detail. Everything was completed in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with everything he did. We highly recommend Jonathan and Michael and Son!

I was given multiple options and was thoroughly satisfied with the work performed. I kept the card and will not hesitate to give them a call.

My 2nd appointment went fantastic. The visit was extremely thorough and I was well educated along the way. Seeing I just moved into my new home I was provided a walkthrough of my homes plumbing from the crawl space. I couldn't have been more pleased and know who I'm calling if I ever need a plumber.

It went great! Sadly, the electrician I had mentioned that it was his last day on the job but he was the best. If the quality of his work was the same as the whole company then I would recommend Michael and Sons to everyone. It just took about three emails and 5 phone calls to get ahold of the representative that initially got in contact with me to schedule a time and when told I would get a call back after waiting to talk to her - I never did. I ended up just calling their main line which was much better. Great professional service - I think I just got a bad rep :)
