+ 8 moreTHIS IS ABOUT THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I acquired a 2700 sq foot house that was in desperate need of renovation. It had asbestos issues, bathrooms were outdated (its a 1974 house), needed a paint job in the worst possible way, and had a ton of other little things which had to be done in order to get the house ready for move in. Michael Scott and his team served as my handyman on all of my projects and supervised all contractors (HVAC, Drywall etc) while also doing plumbing, electrical work, demolition and remodeling work to my house. I can honestly say that if it werent for Mike, my house would not be looking as good today as it does. I am so excited about all the work he has done for me and was so pleased that he could "take the ball" while I recouperate from a health issue. I pretty much stayed by the sidelines while Mike managed and supervised all contractors, while also doing a ton of work on my house. This has been a very pleasant experience for me and I have every intention of using him again in the future (I want to paint the outside of my house among other things...).
Description of Work: Michael and his team painted the interior of my house after an asbestos removal. They took down all lighting fixtures, removed molding, replaced baseboard, did major demolition to 3 bathrooms, they assisted in the installation of a 22 foot steel beam in my house, they did a ton of carpetry work around the house to get the house into good shape for move in, they installed a dishwasher, garbage compactor, they cleaned out my gutters, they did lawn care work (lots of work...the property was a mess!), they removed a basketball hoop that was cemented into the ground near the driveway, they installed windowboxes, painted shutters, replaced molding, installed a cat fence enclosure, installed 5 ceiling fans, shaved doors (because new carpeting had been installed), they spakeled, caulked, skim coated and painted 2700 square feet of ceiling (after removal of popcorn ceiling), and most importantly they served as my Project Manager and intermediary to my General Contractor (which gave me the opportunity to rest and heal as I am recouperating from a health issue).
