Description of Work: Our home is still under warranty and our a/c was on the fritz so our home warranty company hired mechanical services. Our experience was terrible. The first time they came they did not fix the issue and trying to get them to come back out was a nightmare. We finally hired another company to take a look and they said the repairs mechanical services made were not up to code. Upon further investigation they were supposed to pull permits and get the repairs inspected, which they did not. After WEEKS of calling and emailing the finally came out again and some of the issues are now fixed but our system is now very noisy, which is was not before.
