Excellent service!

They arrived on time, quickly loaded my items and were accommodating of my requests. The loaders were very friendly, both introducing themselves promptly after arriving. I would definitely use McJunk services again in the future.

this must have been a really small truck because I feel like they didn't take any of my trash - probably my fault for overestimating the size but everyone needs to know how little stuff fits in the truck - it was a total waste of money for me because I still have a ton of stuff to get rid of and could have just paid for a service that would take it all or rented my own truck

I called and scheduled the day for them to come. They arrived on time and removed a pile of junk in my back yard. Nothing left behind. Easy. Happy with their work.

That was good. They were cheap and they did the job.

The team was friendly, accommodating and flexible. We decided to have them take a much larger load and they did so with no problem and offered us a very reasonable price to do so. We will absolutely use McJunk again and highly recommend them!!

The guys are genuine and courteous. They did all the "heavy lifting" - we just pointed. Do remember the price is by the quarter of a pick up truck roughly, not their big truck.

Though they were running behind schedule and arrived an hour late, they more than made up for it when they arrived and got to work. My parents had an attic full of junk (1100 sq ft) and they were able to haul it all away in two truck loads. I was concerned that they would not be able to finish the job that day because they stated that they had to haul the first laid to a dump site in apex and they had another appt that afternoon. However, they continued to work diligently and stayed until they attic was empty. Great job!

I'm not a hoarder. I'm not. Seriously. But we did have to have McJunk make three visits to our house over the course of two months in order to get it cleaned out for tenants to move in. The guys always arrived on time, worked with smiles (and a lot of patience!), and moved quickly in getting things cleared out - including heavy furniture. Great team, great company - I HIGHLY recommend them!

They were very punctual from our intitial estimate up to the actual day we had the items removed. Estimate was honest and fair. They were respectful of our home and did not cause any damage with the removal of the items. We would definitely use them again!

I felt like this was a bait and switch- they told me they would only pick up one pick up truck load when I thought they were picking up a flatbed truck load which is what they showed up with- they tried to charge additional $350 for the removal of stuff in attic. They also arrived 35 inutes late

Team arrived on time and removed unwanted items from basement in preparation for home sale. They were friendly, moved quickly and removed everything requested. I would definitely recommend this service. It has really taken a "load" off my mind.
