Description of Work: They hauled off about 1/3 truck load of items from my house. They showed up on time. The only glitch - they were unaware of my Angie's List negotiated price and were asking me to pay the full regular price. I had to produce a printed invoice from Angie's List to get the pre-negotiated discounted price.

Description of Work: Service was friendly and professional.Bought a special and tried to gauge the amount of construction/household debris for pick up based on the limit noted in the special. Not all of it was picked up. I was told that I went over the limit. Based on amount picked up and price, I thought it was average but not really a "special". In the past we had bought Waste Management Bagsters from Lowes and

Description of Work: The pricing turned out differently once they showed up. One would think on an Angie's List deal a company would make an extra effort toward a potential new client, but these guys didn't seem to care about that. One or two bad reviews shouldn't define a business, but as they add up, it could hurt in the long run.

Description of Work: They removed junk from my shed and deck. I had more junk than the deal was for, so they came back the next day with a bigger truck. They took the junk from my deck out through my living room and left muddy footprints on my carpet. They were very sorry and gave me a discount. Nice guys.
