+ 10 moreI highly recommend Marked Improvements for almost any home repair or improvement service. I'm already plannng on having him do more work in the near future. Mark, a highly experienced engineer and house builder, has a very capable team. He is very personable and ethical, and takes great pride in his workmanship. His estimates and billing are very detailed, he keeps costs in line, and manages his workers well. His expertise is very broad and deep, and his work is outstanding.
Description of Work: I've hired Mark many times for major projects. He completely remodeled a bathroom [tore out ceramic tiles from shower stall and floor, installed new shower plumbing, shower & floor tiles, removed wall paper & sprayed textured ceiling and repainted both, installed new commode]. He also remodeled our solarium and solved a major drainage problem in our yard, He built a beautiful retaining wall our neighbors envy. He ialso nstalled our new roof and repaired deteriorated soffits. Mark recently replaced our laundry room's deteriorated electric & water connections, rerouted a damaged dryer vent, and repaired leaking water pipes under the house. His team removed a water-stained textured ceiling & repainted it, replaced both the kitchen faucet and the under-sink water pipes.
