Description of Work: I haven't had my house cleaned for several years. Maid Perfect Housekeeping did a wonderful job and I hope to have them come back every month. Good housekeepers are hard to find. I am so glad that I purchased an Angie coupon for their work.

Description of Work: We had 3 large rooms, including kitchen; 4 bathrooms, and a foyer cleaned. The owners as well as 3 staff came, gave us an estimate and then performed the work. The owners were very professional and friendly, as well as the staff. They even cleaned of the front porch free of charge. Will hire again if the need arises.

Description of Work: Carlos and Perla and their team are outstanding. They are hard workers who pay attention to detail. Their work ethic is unsurpassed. They really go above and beyond to keep my house squeaky clean. I had a problem with hard water deposits on my shower door and granite countertops, but with Perla's close attention the problem is almost completely gone. I have two dogs who shed and after this crew leaves I can't find a single hair anywhere! They were priced extremely competitively (I got 3 quotes before choosing a service), and they came out on Sunday evening to give me my free quote. If anything is not up to my standards, I just send them a text and ask them to address it next time, and it is always addressed with no argument or excuses, and then I never have to worry about it again. I wish there were more people who took as much pride in their work as these people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Description of Work: Let me begin by saying that I am quite a poor housekeeper. I have a great deal of "stuff" in the house, including thousands of dusty books and accumulated clutter. Further, I have multiple indoor pets and all the consequent mess they entail. When I called Maid Perfect, my house had not been cleaned for a long time, but I had an occasion for which I needed it to be extremely presentable. I was favorably impressed by the reviews here on Angie's List, many of which indicated that Maid Perfect will work as hard as it takes to get the job done right. I was attracted by the offer to clean up to 4000 square feet for $150, but, in honesty, I had to tell Carlos that, considering the condition of my house, I would be taking unfair advantage of him at that price. He could not have been nicer, more reassuring, or more professional, and he stressed that they would work as long as it takes to do the job to perfection. In fact, that is exactly what happened. He arrived with his wife, Perla, and two young women, and for over four hours, the four of them cleaned like mad. I have never seen people in any capacity work harder and more thoroughly than these four people worked for me. They cleaned, literally, from top to bottom, everything, in every room, and before they left they even washed-down the front of the house. I had two clogged drains which Carlos cleared for me, and he offered repeatedly to wait until my laundry was done to remake the beds. I was truly astounded by the effort these people put into the job. I highly recommend that you hire this company.

Description of Work: Handsdown the best house cleaning I have ever experienced. I asked Carlos for a deep cleaning and that is precisely what I received. Carlos and Perla even went beyond expectations and cleaned my garage and front outdoor area where there were lots of spider webs and orther debris. Three cleaners spent three hours thoroughly cleaning my townhouse. For $180 and the superior quality job they did this was a real bargain. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants their property cleaned. No need to go anywhere else.

Description of Work: They completed a full housecleaning for a move-in. They did a good job; I am still in contact with them for potentially doing more work in the future.
