Maid Perfect Housekeeping

Scheduled arriving time between 2:00pm-4:00pm, called after 5:00pm. I bought the $99 kitchen and bathroom deep clean coupon. We have one empty newly painted house which are generally clean. We just need to clean inside of the fridge and oven, microwave, and sanitize the 3 bathrooms. But the person refuse to clean inside of the fridge, ask for extra $60, saying because it's late. They clean the fridge only in the morning, it's too late to do the work after 5:00pm. So we refused to pay extra and sent them home.

I had asked them to call me when they were on the way and also again when they arrive, because my doorbell . They were supposed to show up between 2 and 4 pm. They did not show up until after 5 pm to start the work. They also decided to send a 2nd crew over to help get the job done more quickly. I explained that I wanted my vacuum used on the kitchen floor and also some of the light furniture moving to make sure all of the areas were clean. Instead of using my vacuum, they wanted to sweep and sanitize mop in the area, which wouldn't have been as effective in cleaning. Also, I expected them to move some of the things on the counter to make sure everything was cleaned in the area. This is the point that Carlos told me "We don't do that." After that difference of opinion, they decided to take their crew and leave. The "deep cleaning" that was advertised was definitely not the service that I received. EDIT 3/21/2016 We have now discovered that the fan blades are broken on the ceiling fan, which of course they did not mention as they were running out the door.

Great---Asia cleaning plus baseboards, blinds, mirrors, etc.

First time user. It was good but not perfect. Missed many places. No follow up from owner. Discussed monthly cleaning but not one called to set schedule. Not chasing.

It was hard to plan because I could not get a time they would be there until the day of service so I could not make plans for anything else. They sent 4 women who stayed 2 hours. The job was not as good as the other cleaning company I used with Angies List. The vacuum they used did not pick up well. Unlike the other cleaning company and my previous cleaner who had to stop cleaning because of health issues, they would not take my leather rug outside to shake. They only needed to move the coffee table to do this. They did not tell me this til they were about finished. Just to be clear, I removed all things from shelves, end tables, etc. so they would not have to clean them. I wanted the "main" things cleaned well. However, when I went through and looked they did not dust head boards in the bedrooms and I found many places that were only partially dusted (part of dresser top still dusty). The owners came during to "do quality check" which means really they are giving you a price to try and get your regular business. To be fair, the other company did the same. The one thing they did do that the other company missed was they dusted the lamp shades. The other company came with 4 people and cleaned for 4 hours vs. this company's 2 hours. The ladies were nice but obviously on a rushed schedule. I will not use them again. Would not recommend them to my friends and family.

It was okay. They seemed to miss a lot like dust and stuff so I haven't called them back. I thought they would have wiped down, I have these six panel doors and I thought they would get more in depth cleaning with them. The price is very good. I would use them in the future, I would just point out that they could get the doors a little better.

It was okay. They come out every month. There was an initial cost and there's an ongoing cost. It was hard to communicate with because most folks who came were Hispanics and I don't speak Spanish.

They were punctual, very friendly, and my the garage is looking excellent. We may try Maid Perfect for our regular house cleaning in the near future to replace our current provider.

My first review was in Dec of 2012 and I wanted to take a moment and give them a "high-five" for continuing to provide me with such excellent servce for almost three years. When I first hired them, it was because I had a severe back injury and was unable to clean my house myself. They did such a great job that I'm still with them! I am VERY picky about certain things - for example, they sometimes do this pretty arrangement with the tissue boxes like you'd find at a nice hotel room. I'm a germaphobe so I asked them to not do this and they rememebered. They send a crew of 3 or 4 so what takes me about 6 hours to do on my own, they can do in 1.5 hours or less while I work from home - I barely know they are there except for the sound of the vaccum running. I used to have them come every week b/c I love having a clean house, but I realized that the "clean feeling" was holding up longer and longer so I went back to every two weeks, although I could easily have them come just once a month and it would hold, despite my cat and all her fur :). Again, I'm picky and prefer that they use my own vacuum cleaner and remove their shoes when they come in, and they always comply. They even know where I keep new wastebasket bags in my master bath and replace them in my master bath and bedroom. Everthing is shiny and clean to my specifications every time. I have MANY compliments about how shiny my hardwood look. I don't know how they do it but they do a great job on them. There was one time probably a year or so ago when I noticed a blue-ish stain on my carpet after they left. Both owner came out within the hour and had it taken care of - it was just a cleaner that had leaked from the bottle a little. I want to end by stating that I'm not an easy customer. My work schedule changes a lot and sometimes I re-injure my back and need to cancel or reschedule. Alma, the scheduler, is a doll! They are very understanding and do whatever I need to work around my schedule etc. Anyway, I wanted to praise them for a job well done for almost 3 years and counting.

Maid Perfect did a, well, perfect cleaning job. Very thorough and detailed - they vacuumed furniture, cleaned the baseboards spotless, lifted up area rugs and cleaned under, cleaned window sills very thoroughly. Easy to work with. Price was great (with angies list coupon). Only issue was they showed up later than expected.

Great. Everything was sparkly clean, and they made cute designs with our toilet paper roll, which was a nice touch. We've never had our home professionally cleaned, and it was so nice to come home to a clean house.

The couple who own this company came to my house, were very professional and I hired them to clean my house. I gave them the key at that time and set a date. The day of the cleaning I received a call from the administrative assistant for the company saying they had lost my house key. She was very apologetic and I understand these things happen but I was very distressed because the key has my last name and first initial on it. Not hard to find the address that goes with that name. I could not leave work to let them in so she offered to have them come the next day anytime I wanted. I was off work the next day so I said well ok after lunch but what will be done about losing my key? Is there any offer of compensation and/or reimbursement for me having to have my locks changed? The admin said she would talk to the owner about it, The next day I waited for them to come and finally I received a call from the admin saying they would be there at 4:45pm! This was a Friday afternoon and a first time cleaning that was to take 2+ hrs. . Right behind that call I received a call from the owner who had an attitude fro the start and I could tell was very annoyed at even having to call me and said he understood I was concerned about my key being lost and then launched into a diatribe about how yes we lost your key but it's no big deal, your address isn't on there etc etc. I cut him off and said I'm sorry but it is a big deal and I think the least you could do is pay for the cost of having my locks changed. He said absolutely not and "if something happens you can sue me." I was flabbergasted at that comment and simply said I think we're done here. Honestly, this is such a blessing that this happened because as other reviewers have noted here, this is a company that does not handle "issues" well at all.

When I hired Maid Perfect, I thought things were going to go really well. The person I talked to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was pleasant and knowledgeable. The crews arrived in the afternoon, and shortly after I got home, I spot checked behind them to see how the work was. The cleaning was OK... There was not a lot of attention to detail. The cleaning ladies were quick and nice, but not as thorough as I had hoped they would be. After the crew left my house I went to turn on my kitchen faucet. It was at that point that I realized the cleaning crew had broken it. The lever for the faucet was completely backwards. We had the final walk-through of our house being conducted an hour later, so the timing was horrible. I called Maid Perfect and told them it was broken, and they said they would check with the cleaning crew. I then sent them a video of the broken faucet. I received a return phone call, and the person I was speaking to told me that the crew told her "it was like that when we got there," and "we had to turn the faucet all the way around to get the hot water to come on." Both of these statements were untrue. The Maid Perfect contact told me she would contact their owner and get back to me. Since I had the final walk-through later that evening, I had to have the faucet fixed. The next day, the Maid Perfect contact called me and told me she'd like to have a plumber come over to my house to fix the faucet. I explained to her repeatedly that the faucet was fixed the night before and that I did not own the house anymore, as I had made her aware that we were closing the next day. She reiterated that she was sorry I thought her crew broke my faucet, I was told that the contact would get back to the owner and then she would be back in touch with me. I received no further information from Maid Perfect, until about 3 weeks later, when I got a text message reminding me to pay my invoice. When I had explained that our situation was not resolved, the Maid Perfect contact told me that they had offered to fix (which I explained to her, again, was not feasible). I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I can't believe a company would go into someone's home, break a fixture, accuse a customer of lying about it (despite video evidence), and refuse to rectify the situation to the satisfaction of the customer. Terrible.

The cleaner did an excellent job, cleaning everything from top to bottom.

They were prompt, professional, courteous. The job was done well, and I'd hire them again.

Crew was a bit late. Service was good but not thorough. Had to call and request second cleaning because crew did not realize it was a move-in service which included cleaning inside cabinets. The owner was very apologetic and personally came to house for follow up cleaning. I would count that as exceptional concern for customer satisfaction.

Outstanding and very professional. Bought this as a one-time deal but now my wife has them back every month!

Superb service. Like clockwork. 5 people descended on my house for hours on end scrubbing and cleaning until everything looked like new again. Would definitely recommend. Very professional.

This cleaning service is amazing! I cannot believe how thorough they are. The house was spotless and smelled incredible. I have never had such detailed work done when it come to a cleaning service. Do yourself a favor and hire them.. they are worth every penny! Will def use many, many times! - D & J

I did use them and they are wonderful. They are one of the best that I have ever used. I used them before I moved. I used them four different times. I think they are professional and they have four people that come. They clean the blinds, kitchen and they do everything very fast. They came on time. That is the most important thing for me. Their services were pretty consistent the times that I used them. They didn't decrease the quality like a lot of people. I did recommend them. They returned my messages really fast. If I had the opportunity, I would use them again.

It was very good, I liked them a lot. They come out every two weeks. The cost is per visit. They are polite, do a good job, and they are a good group of people. I trust them. I'd say they do a good job. Nobody could do as good of job as I do.

Carlos and his crew showed up on time. Carlos stayed and explained his services and what is expected by him of his workers. He had 3 ladies do the cleaning of a 2100sqft home and took about 3 hours. His crew was very thorough and even offered to change the linens on the bed, I declined but maybe will have them do it next go around. Very happy with the outcome.

Arrived promptly. Courteous cleaning staff did excellent job. Will use them again. Overall good value for service provided
