The cleaning crews have done routine work for us for two years and have always done an excellent job!

Can't say enough good things about Maid Perfect. They responded quickly to my request to schedule the appointment ASAP. (This first step was a must for me in order to get my house market ready.) Carlos and Perla were here on time and were professional and easy to deal with. They got right to work and allowed me to get back to my work. Within an hour they had my garage cleaned and tidied and it almost looks brand new! And they even went one step further and cleaned my front doorway area so that it would appeal more to buyers. I also asked about deep cleaning inside to get that ready for the market and Carlos made a recommendation of what package they offered that would work for me. Can't wait for them to come in do the rest!

They did a great job, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed! I look forward to their monthly visits and how my house just sparkles and smells great after they leave!

After an unexpected request to view our home before it went up for sale, I panicked! I called first thing Monday morning (they open at 7 a.m., earlier than other providers) and explained a potential buyer wanted to look Wednesday afternoon. I was told Thursday was the usual service day in Chapel Hill, but they would see what they could do and get back to me. Within 20 minutes they called back and confirmed I could get the cleaning done Tuesday morning. They texted once they were on their way Tuesday and arrived at the time promised. Three lovely ladies had our house looking terrific in several hours. They were polite, efficient, and very capable. I was 100% satisfied. Nothing was missed. The office contact was also efficient and very responsive. I recommend this company unreservedly.

We have had Maid Perfect for a few years now. They are truly excellent. When I had a concern, the owner personally contacted me and provided me an excellent solution. This is exactly why I hope to keep them for many years to come!

The Maid Perfect cleaning crew just left our home and I am cleaning the home myself now. My floors are still dirty. They didn't wipe down the base board properly or clean the floors (I am vacuuming now). Our master bathroom upstair still looks dirty. I tried to kindly communicate with the housekeepers to let them know the areas that needed improvement so I could address challenges with them; however, they were unable to speak English. I communicated my issues directly with the manager and she apologized but still sent me an invoice for services. I can't believe I just paid $150 AND now I'm cleaning the home myself. Needless to say, I cancelled future appointments with this service and will not use again nor would I recommend to anyone that wants CONSISTENT home cleaning services or would like to be able to communicate advance cleaning directions (i.e., please don't clean my quartz/marble countertops with ammonia cleaners.)

Such a disappointment!! Quite honestly, this company started out very strong. However, after a few months, they really started to slack and do poor work. They would leave lights/fans on, FORGET TO CLEAN ROOMS, not mop floors, not scrub master shower, etc. I gave them several chances....obviously too many. The last straw was them scratching my stainless steel refrigerator. I noticed a couple of scratches last month and immediately notified their office. I was told that they would talk to the team and remind them to be careful. However, two weeks ago when I came home after a cleaning, I noticed that the bottom freezer drawer was scratched (a lot!!) and dented!!! It has just been done. I had to call/text several time for Carlos (Owner) to come out and look. He cancelled the first appt., was a no-show/no-call the second, then spent 2 minutes (literally) when he finally came out. He denied his company scratching the refrigerator before he even saw it. The scratches are clearly from "rubbing" motions. He took a cleaner and rubbed it with a towel and said "See? No scratches". That was his answer. Then he had the nerve to blame my kids. His big selling point when I first hired his company was "If we break/damage, we fix!" Liar!!! Carlos is a terrible business owner and I want to warn everyone to STAY CLEAR of this company. They don't care about your property. He could have done the right thing for less than $300.

They did a decent job but for a "thorough cleaning" I was disappointed to find patches of dirt and lint here and there. Overall a decent cleaning job but definitely not thorough as advertised.

Today is June 7 and the company never responded to my request to schedule. Angie's list quickly and kindly refunded my money.

I began using this service in August 2015. I use their monthly service. I myself cleaned houses when my husband and I were in college and understand how hard of a job this is. I am thrilled with this service. They do a really nice job especially in the bathrooms and kitchens. If you have never had your house cleaned before remember that they are not there to detail your house each time and if areas are cluttered then they are cleaned around. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I have been using Maid Perfect House Cleaning for several months. I book once a month for 3 months at a time. They are always prompt with their emails, text to confirm 2 days before, and text the the day of when they are on their way. They do an amazing job and the house always looks amazing after they've come through.

They did not clean spots on the wall, pantry. They left hair on the staircase railing. This was a far cry from a move out cleaning I was expecting. When contacted they agreed to re-do but I had indicated to them earlier that it was move out cleaning and I would not have access to this rented property. Overall, charged way to much for very little cleaning.

Prompt arrival, easy to have around, put forth their best effort and kept a positive attitude .

It's been a year since my first deep cleaning service and I waited to write the review to see if Maid Perfect kept up the same level of attention to cleaning my home. They have been coming every 2 weeks for a year and every service is as good as the first. I especially like to see them coming, several cleaners with a ladder and everything they need to do a good job. They get in and get out efficiently which is very important to me because my office is in my home.
