Hello, we are Carlos and Perla, owner operators of Maid Perfect Housekeeping—serving the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest and Triangle area. We know there’s nothing like coming home to a clean and tidy house or apartment. But let’s face it, many of you have busy schedules that don’t leave a whole lot of time for cleaning chores. And frankly, we know some of you would rather do other things with your free time. The challenge, of course, is finding reliable housekeeping help that will do the job the way you want it. Well, we have great news. When we decided to open Maid Perfect Housekeeping two years ago, we made a promise to both ourselves and our clients: "Your home cleaned just the way you like it, at a price no one else can beat." Description of Work: The service was good. The cleaning was relatively thorough. A few spots were missed but I missed them as well (just hidden areas behind boxes -- we just moved in). Overall, I would hire the team again. They were pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: They provided a deep cleaning of the entire house (3,000 sq. ft.). While they provided a thorough cleaning of the house as advertised using a team of four individuals, my wife was unable to communicate with them since none of the team members spoke English. After the cleaning was completed, my wife had to re-adjust all of the blinds and move accessories back into their original place. Very pleased with the actual cleaning, but the required time spent to get everything back in place was an offset.

Description of Work: I used the services of Maid Perfect for the first time this week. My home was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I have a bad back and it's becoming increasingly difficult for me to stoop and bend. I am really a bit of a clean freak, but you would never have known it by the way my house looked. Carlos and Perla are a great team. They quoted me a fair price to clean my home. Three ladies descended upon my home the following week and did a fantastic job of cleaning my dirty house! --down to the light fixtures and picture frames! In addition , they used a wonderful fragrance with their cleaning supplies that left the house smelling good and clean. I will be using this company again and again. I highly recommend Maid Perfect if you want a clean house and attention paid to the fine details!

Description of Work: Company hired to clean a 2,900 sqft. home. Maid perfect arrived on time and did a good job with the cleaning. They even cleaned the ceiling fans and I was surprised to find the top of the refrigerator had been wiped down. For some reason the kitchen table was missed so I had to clean that later when I noticed. I was also disappointed that the company would not honor the "25% off for Angie's list members trying us out" coupon clearly posted on Angie's list.

Description of Work: I needed a last minute cleaning for a party and Alma was very responsive to work me into the schedule for the week. The owners came with the crew. The cleaning job was excellent. Love that they will put clean sheets on the bed and make them up. They wipe down baseboards and were even able to remove scum on the shower door that we had been unable to remove. Have signed them up to come on a regular basis!

Everything went well.
Description of Work: They cleaned the entire house, removed all the dust, cleaned the blinds and wood work through out the house. Also they sanitized the bathrooms, vacuumed all the carpets. Excellent job. They arrived on time and worked steadily. The owner came and reviewed the job while the employees were working.
