About us

Hello, we are Carlos and Perla, owner operators of Maid Perfect Housekeeping—serving the Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest and Triangle area. We know there’s nothing like coming home to a clean and tidy house or apartment. But let’s face it, many of you have busy schedules that don’t leave a whole lot of time for cleaning chores. And frankly, we know some of you would rather do other things with your free time. The challenge, of course, is finding reliable housekeeping help that will do the job the way you want it. Well, we have great news. When we decided to open Maid Perfect Housekeeping two years ago, we made a promise to both ourselves and our clients: "Your home cleaned just the way you like it, at a price no one else can beat." Description of Work: I had a rental property which was completely trashed. There was all types of dirt and debris that was left behind that I honestly did not believe anyone could get clean. My hope was only to find someone that could at least get one or two layers of the dirt off so I could see the extend of the damage. To my surprise Alma and Carlos came in a made this place liveable. They clean to such an extent that I could almost rent the place as is. I am grateful for the work they have done and will certainly call them again!

Description of Work: Maid Perfect was very professional and worked hard for this client. I was impressed out the attention to detail this team had. They fell behind on schedule because of a previous home that was more work than they were previously told about. They stayed in contact with us to let us know of an ETA for them. When they came in, they wasted NO time and got started. I will refer them over and over to work for my client and myself.
