Description of Work: First time things went really well. I thought $150.00 was a lot for 840 sq. ft. The second time I tried to talk to the cleaning team and no one spoke English. There was a problem and they sent someone to take care of it. The third time language was not a problem and things were going smoothly. I'm not sure what happened but they were finished and wanted a check. I told them I had always paid be credit card. This was a problem. I called the office and they agreed to charge my credit card. The charge went through as $152.00. They agreed to reimburse me the $2.00. I'm still waiting. After the team left I found cleaning cloths lying on the bedroom floor. I have no idea why they were left on the floor in the middle of the room.

Description of Work: Wonderful cleaners. I have used them for 2 years. They go right to work and leave things spotless. I am a fan!!

Description of Work: I want a service that sent same people to my house every time. I got different people every time.

Description of Work: Maid Perfect started out doing well with good responsiveness and crew can prepared. Typically they would be there with about 2-3 individuals and spend about 2 hrs there. After about the 5th or so visit, the outcome was less desirable with the crew hurrying up and doing a very simple non-complete clean and the time spent was down from 2 hrs to anout 45 mins. When I called to talk about the service, the response was that they were sorry and asked for payment. I was less than thrilled as if a client does not get the product they paid for they should not have to pay for it. I requested to not pay for the service, but got harrassed by Maid Perfect to pay. I paid for the last service and canceled. I would not recommend their service and would have hoped that I would not have had to pay, however that was not the case

Description of Work: Our home is 3200sqft. Two upstairs bedrooms I requested to be left alone, so the total clean was not the entire 3200. Three workers came and they were here two hours. That seems fast and indeed things were skipped. | |1.The ceiling fan in the living room was not cleaned. It is 9ft up so it's not super high. |2. Couch cushions in living room were not vacuumed underneath. |3. Stair railing and Newell posts were not dusted/wiped down. Woodwork remained dusty with visible other dirt. |4. Pictures in living room were not dusted. |5. Shelves and surfaces in living room entertainment center were not dusted. |6. Blinds on the back door not dusted. |7. Spaces under cabinets (toe kick area) were still dirty in kitchen and upstairs bathroom. |8. Sink fixture in upstairs bathroom still dirty (had soap scum and toothpaste residue still). |9. Bonus room floor still had cat litter that hadn't been vacuumed up. |10. Cabinet door fronts over oven hood in kitchen still greasy. |11. Stair carpet not vacuumed in crevices (edges and back of each step) and every step still had visible dirt. |12. Vacuum and equipment looked very poor and low quality. Get these workers better tools for their job. |13. Language barrier. Out of 3 workers, only one seemed to understand me, but she was not very able to respond to me. One if them kept speaking to the other two in Spanish and giggling while I was trying to talk and explain about leaving two of the bedrooms upstairs alone. Kind of rude. |14. This was our first service and no one called afterwards for feedback or to follow up. Most cleaners I have worked with in the past have done that. |15. I asked prior to the clean what payments were accepted and was told cash or check. I just discovered on the website that I could have paid online. I wish I had been told about that option. | |Overall I'd give Maid Perfect a C+. We'll not be using their service again.

Description of Work: Maid Perfect is awesome. Carlos and Perla came by to ensure that we were on the same page about what cleaning each room entailed. The team was considerate and thorough, and left my house looking and smelling better than it ever had. The wood floors were gleaming, the bathrooms were crisp and fresh, and the freshly made beds are fabulous. Thanks to the teams and the leadership for getting it right and better than expected.

Description of Work: Every 4 weeks, they show up according to a prearranged schedule and do a good job (8 out of 10). I see different places where more attention to detail would be a pleasant surprise but they get the basics right every time. |

Description of Work: Awesome service! the cleaning ladies were very friendly, thorough and did an excellent job. They clean everywhere from top to bottom, windows, doors, blinds, fans. The owners came to check and chatted a bit to get to know us. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with the house cleaning service provided. For a first/deep cleaning my expectations were superseded. I am going to continue monthly service with Maid Perfect and recommend them to others. They actually did a better job cleaning my house than I ever did myself. Thank you!

Description of Work: They came to clean our home we had just purchased, before we moved in. When the three women arrived, I had a couple straight forward questions before they started cleaning. I wasn't really able to communicate with them well, as only one spoke very little English & I don't speak Spanish. They left with the floors still dirty, the kitchen cabinets still dirty, inside & out, the oven still dirty & things were not thoroughly wiped off. They started in a house not even that dirty & was still empty as we had not yet moved in; they didn't have to dust our furniture. I had cleaned the refrigerator, so they didn't even have to do that. We weren't at all happy with the quality of the cleaning.
