Excellent service. Got some toilets clean that had stubborn stains. Not sure how they did it, but I'm glad they did.

They did an excellent job, were efficient and courteous. Would hire again.

From a cleaning perspective they were professional and friendly. Once when I increased the frequency I was quoted a reduced price by text from the company but got charged the regular cleaning price after the services were performed. I was told the person who quoted the price was no longer with the company and they were sorry for the inconvenience, but I had to pay the regular price. I had to discontinue their services because I felt it was unprofessional to charge a customer a price different from what was quoted after the services were performed. With further complaining, they agreed fpr me to pay the quoted price.

This did not go well. Almost 4 hours late. Was told that they could clean a 2 story chandelier in the foyer but could not. I don't believe that they touched the 3rd floor which was supposed to be done. Bathrooms and Kitchen cabinets not cleaned. Hardwoods not cleaned. They arrived at 4 pm rather than 12 pm. Finally left at 7 pm and did not complete the job. The staff was kind and worked hard. The owner guaranteed me that I would be pleased. NOT

Highly recommend this group. They were on time, did well on all tasks, and left us with a sparkling clean house. Already signed up for monthly service.

Set up an appointment for 2pm January 9th for someone to come to my house to give me a quote on a bi-weekly cleaning fee. No one showed up and no one notified me about any delays or issues.

We have been using Maid Perfect for over a year and are very happy with their work. We have a standing scheduled day with them. The team contacts us the day prior to confirm their arrival time. They are always punctual and are very efficient in getting the house spotless every time. We continue to use them and are very happy with their services.

I came home to a beautifully cleaned house. It smelled so fresh and looked so clean and in fact I went from room to room and found everything spotless... Paying the flat fee was great because they were able to do everything and no surprises. Ana was a pleasure to work with to schedule my service and answer any questions. I will definately use them again. I have tried several cleaning services thru Angie's list and this by far is the best I have tried

They were very thorough, and my fans are sparkling. Actually, everything was sparkling when they finished. Gave me a checklist before the service began. Everything done as promised.

We wanted a deep clean of our house following a dusty popcorn removal of our ceilings. Carlos responded quickly to my email, provided a fair quote, and scheduled it within a week. He even texted me a heads up to let me know the crew was on their way. Everyone was on time. Carlos arrived with the crew since I was a first time customer, and walked with me through my house to explain everything that would be included in the deep clean service. The team got right to work and was very thorough. We were pleased with the work and will be hiring them for an annual deep clean!

A team of 4 showed up on time. They spent a 1.5 hours on my 2/2 1364sqft home. they did an amazing detailed, complete and excellent job. Bathrooms are sparkling, Kitchen appliances inside and out, fans, walls and hardwood floors. The place even smells wonderful. The place needed the attention and Maid Perfect brought it. Ready to move in tomorrow. I highly recommend them.

They want to schedule you on their time and not your schedule which is very inconvenient.

Excellent initial presentation, but poor follow up. Different crews with poor English language skills would show up every month. Had to put the stove off-limits after gas was accidentally turned on and left on by one crew. Crews could not figure out that the recycle bin items should not be bagged even if I told them just prior to cleaning. Had to always inform the crews what cleaner was required for the hardwood floors. I never felt comfortable not being home when crews were present. Owner refused to call me back after the last cleaning, so I fired the service.

My home never looked or smelled so good. I am having guests for appx two weeks, and needed my home in the best condition possible. Thank you ladies for job better than well done.

Very well. It's a large two story house, and mostly everything was done perfectly well.

It went well, dusting could have been better, Also the front, and rear door jams were not cleaned.

Did a good job, could have dusted better, but ok. Also, they do not clean or dust aluminum blinds.

Perla and Carlos were very responsive via email, during the original walk through and estimate. The cleaning crew was very prompt and I was advised via text when they were on the way. The work that the cleaners did FAR exceeded my expectations as far as details with cleaning appliances and dusting. What impressed me the most was that 15 minutes after the crew arrived, The owners (Carlos and Petra) showed up in person to check with the crew to see if anything was needed for them. Ive been in the service industries most of my life, and this is as good as it gets!I have already recommended them to a neighbor who is receiving her initial walk-through today. I have retained them going forward on a monthly basis. Highly recommend this company!

They are thorough and flexible on timing. House always smells and looks great after they're done. We're very busy and don't always have time to pick up, so they rearrange things to get under everything. Includes surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mirror clean, blinds, vent covers, and sofa vacuum.

I felt like I paid to much for the work that was done, and still had to clean behind them which I wasn't to pleased about.
