I called to see if I could get an appointment relatively quickly - the woman I spoke with was very nice, and got me an appointment within 4 days! On the day of the cleaning, 4 ladies showed up at our house within the specified time frame, and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our house! They were professional, fast, and very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

House was as clean as I had hoped. There was good attention to detail as to dusting and esp. cleaning stubborn toilets.

Holy 409! I am astounded and humbled at the beautiful, hard work these ladies did. The owners stopped by about 20 minutes after the staff arrived to introduce themselves and check to see the ladies had everything they needed. They were wonderful, personable, friendly people. I haven't experienced customer service like this maybe ever in my life, from the first conversation with Alma, their representative, to the parting goodbyes from the staff it was an exemplary display of attentive care, courtesy, and quality work. You do not experience this level of service in today's world. Thank you so very much!

The whole process went very well. I was contacted shortly after purchasing the service to setup up an appointment. They arrived on time and texted me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know. They did a great job cleaning and were very careful. I would definitely use them again.

After I bought the deal, I scheduled the service electronically. They didn't show up on the day that I had selected because I hadn't responded to the email they sent. The email didn't say that I should call, rather that I could call. Anyways, I didn't call because it wasn't clear that I needed to call. But then I had to call to get this worked out and rescheduled. The cleaning team and the owners came out on the rescheduled day. The owners walked through to be sure what I expected and then quoted me the cost to do it on a regular basis. The cleaning crew did an excellent job! My house looked great!

Maid Perfect gave us excellent service and value. They were easy to schedule, very responsive, and right on time. Everything was as good as we hoped for!

A crew of 3-4 people came in and cleaned the entire house in an hour or so. They were efficient, splitting the duties amongst themselves to be in and out quickly. They even made sure the hardwoods floors under the beds were cleaned. They did a good job. Baseboards were dusted. A few spots were missed, but they were minor.

Yes, went well. I will say the master bathroom shower could have had more attention but they did some unexpected items like cleaning the inside of the microwave.

We've been using them since last summer. They do an excellent job and they are reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them. They are flexible when I have to change my scheduling. They are always courteous. The team that they send out is always pleasant.

Alma was really awesome to work with. I was so excited to have someone come and really deep clean my house. But...For $249 I really expected much more. There were still areas with dust (doorframes and some blinds) and my daughters tub wasn't cleaned as far as I could see. It was a so so experience overall.

Three women came and completely cleaned my 2 story, 3 bedroom house prior to 5 family members arriving to stay for a week for Christmas. Our normal cleaning person couldn't fit us in before the 23rd, so we were desperate to find cleaning help in time. These three women were thorough, pleasant, and didn't need a lot of direction. I asked that they be sure to move things to clean under and around them when appropriate, and they did move things and clean completely. It would have been nice if they had all spoken some English so I could communicate with them better, but one woman took the lead and was fluent in English, so the communication necessary did happen. They completed the work in a little less than 2 hours, and I was relieved that my house looked great in time for the parents and in laws to arrive. We were also grateful for the half off coupon they offered.
