+ -1 moreBob walked through the house with me so I could show him the particularly bad stains we had in a couple of places. He then went through his pricing list and we agreed for him to do all the carpets in the house. His prices are reasonable. He started with the worst stains (black nailpolish and spaghetti), and his extra effort really paid off in those areas. It took him longer than he estimated to finish the whole house, but I've never seen any carpet guy work harder, and he stayed until everything was clean. Great job.
Description of Work: Bob cleaned all the carpets in our home. This was the second time we've used MacKarpet Klean, and we were equally pleased both times.

Description of Work: Bob does a fantastic job and really knows his stuff. He shows up on time. Thoroughly Vacuums the area to be cleaned. He uses a high power system and takes as much time as needed to get the job done right. Then he protects furniture feet with Styrofoam pads while the carpet dries. I've used his services multiple times and never been disappointed. He is a certified Master Carpet cleaner and has an array of techniques to use on stains or carpet damage.

+ -1 moreTHE CARPET WAS ALMOST DRY BY THE TIME HE WALKED OUT THE DOOR. HE DID A NICE JOB WITH THE CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MY CARPETS LOOK GREAT.
