Lynn and the team do an amazing job. Very responsive and take a very customer centric mindset. They showed up when they said consistently and cleaned their way out daily making the disruption minimal at best. Work quality was high and it was a delight to do business with them. I will call them first going forward!

Lynn and gang were fantastic. She did an amazing job finishing up what a previous contractor left us with, dry wall work, cabinetry, tile work, plumbing. She made sure everything was done correctly. Plan to use this gang again.

Great! Lynn and team finished our basement adding a main room, bedroom and bathroom ... and associated plumbling, electrical, HVAC (mini-split system) and insulation. Lynn gave us a quote after a thorough walkdown of the basement for the work that was a bit higher than others, but it was very detailed which gave me confidence (she came and explained quote in person) that they would do it within budget and I would not be surprised by costly additions. Work progressed quickly once they got started. They were very open to my inspections and minor requests for changes ... and were always checking to make sure each step was being completed to my satisfaction. Lynn also made many design suggestions as the work progressed. She also put me in touch with suppliers for the items we needed to provide. She only asked for progress payments as work was completed. Quality of work was great. And, just as important, Lynn and her crew were very pleasant to work with ... nice people, and professional. My only gripe was that after completing about 99% of the work it took them a few weeks to finish off the punchlist of open items. But, in the end we were totally satisfied. Would definetly hire them again and recommend them (already did to my neighbor!! and they hired her) to anyone looking for home improvement projects.

Lynn will be the first to say that just about anything that could go wrong did go wrong somehow. A number of delays and issues were largely out of Lynn's control. We were very hands-on and detail-oriented after finding an early mismeasurement, and so there was maybe a mismatch of styles of communication and project management. Still, Lynn and her crew were very courteous and handled the entire project with grace, working through adjustments with us. The trim carpentry and built-in shelving were exceptional, and Lynn is a wizard at finding nooks and ways to add space and storage. The gang continues to clear up punch list items as they arise (filling in insulation gaps, adding caulk, etc.), and it's clear Lynn wants her clients to be happy with the work at the end of the day. The final result is very nice, even if the road there wasn't always smooth, and the price was absolutely right.

Lynn's Renovation Gang did an amazing job renovating our boutique for fine stationery and gifts. We could not be more pleased with the outcome! Lynn and her team exceeded all expectations we had. They could not be a more efficient, professional, hard-working team. We will definitely be using them for further projects.

Timing for start was delayed, but Lynn provided accurate estimate for timing once we got started. Work was high quality and we would hire her again.

This is the second time we have used Lynn and her gang for a renovation in our home. Lynn completed a kitchen remodel which included removing a load bearing wall, new countertops, new cabinets, and new backsplash. Lynn and her gang were always prompt and very professional. Lynn stayed within budget and her priority was to make us, the homeowners, happy with her work. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful and everything we asked for. We are thankful to Lynn and her crew for helping us continue to make our house what we envisioned. We don’t trust anyone else to be as honest and professional as Lynn’s Renovation Gang!

Everyone was very nice. They explained everything and sought our input on various items. Cost was competitive as we had gotten 2 other estimates...in fact they had the best bang for the buck. But most importantly, the work and finished product are excellent. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Lynn came and met with me, saw my repairs, told me she wanted to work with me, and I never heard from her again even after a couple of reminders for her quote. She was my first choice because I wanted to support a female owned business but she made it impossible. After 6 weeks with no response, I moved on.

We recently came to the end of an extensive kitchen remodel with Lynn and her crew. This was our first time with home renovation and we were nervous to say the least. Let's just say, the result was fantastic. We started with a very small dysfunctional kitchen that after almost 35 years was really showing its age. It wasn't a pleasant place to be. From the first meeting with Lynn, she was seeing potential that I hadn't thought of, early on we knew that her company was right for the job. During the project we ran into a few bumps that Lynn and her crew turned into cool features. During this whole project Lynn worked diligently to stay on budget, she knew how little wiggle room we had and never pressured us for more money or made us feel bad about our modest budget. The result was a kitchen that we've fallen in love with, it functions beautifully and looks fantastic. The custom carpentry was done very nicely and all of the details finished to perfection.

Lynn and crew finished off approximately 800 sq ft on our third floor\attic. During our initial meeting, Lynn was diligent in gaining a thorough understanding of our vision for the unfinished area. She offered a number of creative and intuitive ideas to maximize the space and increase our storage. Her communication was exceptional through the entire process and her entire team was professional and timely along the way. They exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the finished product. We would recommend them to anyone!

Working with Lynn’s gang was a dream. Lynn and her team took on an extensive and difficult job replacing our siding and installing new windows. We couldn’t be happier with the results. In addition to the siding they successfully installed recessed lighting and new fixtures in our kitchen and bathroom. The work was careful and competent and Lynn was always in contact with us to answer any questions. After completion she made sure we were satisfied and had no concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to call the gang for future projects.

Lynn Roche has been our go-to contractor since 2014. She and her crew are the best! This summer, she replaced an old and rotted deck with a spectacular new one. Lynn is honest and thorough. She pays total attention to the project. And her prices are more than fair.

I have been involved with multiple major home renovations and have a lot of experience in dealing with contractors (own rentals) and have worked with multiple trades over the years. We recently moved to the state, so all my prior contacts were no longer valid. I met with 9 contractors to for an extensive attic remodel that would require multiple trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, drywall/pain, etc) I figured that I would start rebuilding my contractor portfolio and wanted to see different design ideas, pricing, turnaround times... That's how I met Lynn and the gang! Out of the 9 contractors that I met, 7 quoted out the job and gave their ideas on the remodel. Prices varied widely but most of the contractors designs were generic. Lynn was the only one to think outside the box and was able to gain us an additional 70sq ft, where all the other contractors wanted to take the cookie cutter approach (straight knee-wall all the way across the room). She also has an eye for design and loves to take wasted space and turn it into usable built-ins and eye-catching design. She was the only contractor to bid that wanted to remove the small builders grade windows and install larger windows to increase the natural light in the attic. I know what you're thinking now... how much more did that cost? Answer --> nothing! She was middle of the pack on her pricing and we received so much more than every other contractor. Also, she will give you options to help with costs. She gave us the option of keeping a skylight or tube lighting to add additional natural light to the new bathroom, or saving $500 if we didn't want it (we kept the skylight)! There are a ton of little things that I can't go into that Lynn and gang do that add value! They used foam insulation (which on paper is more expensive) but the other contractors were going to have expand the roof framing to add enough insulation to meet code. We got a much more efficient attic and noise reduction on top of it :) We had friends that completed an attic install also, and they are blown away by the fit/finish that we received vs. their attic. From the built-ins to the storage bench seating, I'm so happy with our space and knowing we got our $$$'s worth! The only complaint I have looking back is how long it took to get our quote. Lynn was one of the 1st that I called to quote but was the last quote I received. I know now that it's because of the design and actual material costs that they use to get an accurate pricing. She will actually draw-to-scale your design and will use that drawing to submit for building permits. It definitely takes longer doing it this way (especially when some people would submit their quotes next day) but in the end, if that's all I have to knit pick, you are doing something right! Thanks Lynn... you and the reno gang did awesome work!

Went very well. Lynn is very knowledgable and she listens to what you want. Her workers are good at what they do and very easy to work with.

After being treated unprofessionally by a competitor, I contacted Lynn. She was very professional, courteous and helpful having a painter arrive to provide an estimate within a short period. The estimate was less than half the price of an overrated competitor! Work began the following day and was completed in a timely fashion and looks great! I strongly urge Angie's List subscribers to give Lynn a try. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

Lynn provided wonderful customer service and professionalism. The passion she has for her work and what she does shines through. Her work crew were always respectful and prompt and during the weeks of work, we did not have any issues with any of her crews. Lynn was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns and made our attic renovation as seamless and easy as possible. More importantly outside of issues found that were out of her control, her estimate for the work done was spot on, which we very much appreciated since we were on a relatively fixed budget for the job.

Lynn is incredibly responsive. Her team really cares about the quality of the work and will work with you to ensure that you are happy. Lynn and team were on site every day, except for rain when we didn't want to open the roof. They kept us in the loop on what was to be done each day. We ended up having several other projects around the house completed as well. Lynn stayed on budget and on schedule. I would very happily hire her again and would highly recommend her work

Lynn and her team were great to work with. There was a lot of discussion up front to be sure we were all on the same page with what was wanted. She was on site every day with her crews. They were professional and very organized and always cleaned up before going home. They paid attention to every detail. I would recommend them and would use them again. Lynn uses just one crew so things can take a little longer but the quality control and open communications make it well worth it.

Lynn is professional, friendly and very easy to work with. Her crews are respectful; we were totally comfortable having them in our home. They even cleaned up after themselves each day! Lynn created a large bedroom with closets, a full bathroom, a large family room with gas fireplace, cabinets and shelving, and a large store room. The finished work is top quality and turn key - and the pricing is reasonable. We're very happy with the results! I recommend Lynn without reservation!

It went great. Lynn & her team were absolute pros. She kept us in the loop with timeframes, stages of the project and costs. She was excited about the job and presented us with her design and layout of the room to help maximize our space. The job began and finished on time and the crew and subs were nice and respectful. Lynn made sure to make any repairs needed and painted our walls and ceilings that were damaged from the wear and tear of construction in our home. We were very pleased with the final project and love our new room.

Love it! Lynn is skilled, conscientious, honest, and attentive both to detail and to client needs. This was our fourth project with her and her team. We will re-hire to do exterior repair and paint. Very reasonable cost, too.
