HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our "5-day bathroom installation" just wrapped up after 54 WEEKS (that's ONE YEAR + 2 WEEKS)! Incorrect materials were ordered and there were numerous delays due to absolute incompetence. A lot of time had to be taken off work to be home when they had to come out time and time again to REDO things that weren't done right the first time. The owner of the business didn't respond to detailed emails addressing the issues we were having nor did he respond to a phone message left for him asking for him to call us. What DID get his attention and warrant a response was when I started leaving negative reviews online. Then, miraculously, we finally heard from Michael Schweitzer, the owner. I reviewed ALL the issues, delays and frustration we have experienced with 'Luxury' Bath and HomeCraft Windows. His only response was, "I understand." No justification, no apology, no effort AT ALL to explain what happened. No adjustment to the bill (other than for THEIR screw ups for ordering wrong windows and baseboard trim). We absolutely will NOT be using this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. It's interesting to note that all the reviews left on their company website are glowing '5-star' reviews, FROM TWO YEARS AGO! They won't post negative reviews on their website -- I should know, I sent two.
