Description of Work: My Samsung dishwasher broke and I called capital based on Angies list reviews. They were punctual and honest. I opted not to fix but replace the 1 1/2 year old dishwasher based on technicians opinion that this machine was not worth fixing! Overall I felt he was honest about the opinion because they would have made more money repairing the machine but probably costing me more in the long run. He spent quite a bit of time helping me with recommendations on other appliances.

THEY ARE SLOW IN RESPONDING AND SCHEDULING A TIME TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. THEY ALSO MADE A MISTAKE IN CUTTING THE SINK HOLE IN THE COUNTERTOP SO WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A REPLACEMENT. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPLETED WORK.

THEY DIDN'T PUT ME ON HOLD OR MAKE ME WAIT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK TO MEASURE. THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND DO VERY GOOD WORK. THAT IS MY PLACE TO GO.

THIS WAS A VERY MEDIOCRE EXPERIENCE. THE GUYS FROM LOWE'S SHOWED UP LATE AND HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE DOOR TO EVEN FIT IN THE FRAME. IT DOESN'T LOOK CENTERED TO ME AND I KNOW THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.

LOWES' WAS HELPFUL IN THE SELECTION OF THE MATERIALS. THE PROBLEM WE HAD WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE INSTALLERS. LOWES' SUBCONTRACTS THE WORK OUT. WE HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES.
