+ 2 moreTheir quality is always outstanding, the estimates are reasonable and the customer service is prompt. Before we found them, we used other contractors in the area. They were not bad, but LIONS is by far the best experience we've had so far. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have been using their services since May 2011 on a number of projects related to preparing a house for rent and to address any issues that were discovered by tenants. The project range from simple (bathtub caulking, fire alarm installation, kitchen repairs) to rather involved (water heater replacement).

+ 3 moreTheir work was a bit on the high side but the quality was excellent. They did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up well.
Description of Work: They removed and disposed of the backing boards from the bathroom shower and the tile. They replaced all of this including new tile and replaced the plumbing fixtures in the shower and bath as well. They installed new carpeting in 2 bedrooms and they removed carpeting from the entire living area and installed hardwood flooring.
