I rated Lineberger's Tree Service with all excellent ratings. That may sound unusual, but it is not. This company is consistently excellent from the time you call or email them to the estimator coming out all the way to the actual work. Each and every employee is professional, courteous and prompt. The estimate is exactly as you described to the estimator, the price is fair and the workers who do the service are highly trained, professional and courteous. They are just a remarkable company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Joseph Wood

They were here with adequate staffing to finish up mid-afternoon. The stump grinding was done excellently with below surface grinding and taking it out to the major large roots. This was done fairly close to some unusual azaleas and the deck. They took care to not harm the azalea including pulling one of them back away from the grinder. They placed old mattresses under the maple which was in the cultivated/lawn area to preserve the lawn for any dropped logs. The crew was very nice and accommodating. Felt that they were safety conscious too and seemed like each tree was planned out. The yard was cleaned up well and everything that had to be moved was put back. We were exceptionally pleased that we had no holes in the lawn after as with experiences with other service providers. I did not provide a rating on the cost because we paid a premium for premium work which is what we received so it was fair and we weren't left with a pile of "to-do's" afterward.

The work went very well. All crew members were very professional and very competent. Everything was well explained and everything went according to plan. They also cleaned up incredibly well. They even raked and blew leaves off the lawn. I would not trust anyone else to do my tree work.

I recently had Lineberger’s Tree Service remove a downed Bradford Pear and a row of Leyland Cypress. I was very pleased with their service. The crew was very professional, organized, quick and efficient. They arrived on time with significant equipment and crew size. They did the entire job in a half day including a very methodical cleanup. This is the second time I have used their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree removal, and if necessary, will use them in the future.

They were very professional, answered all my questions and were able to deliver product quickly. Since I was using the product for walking paths, they suggested one that would last longer and turned out to be more economical. Very pleased.

They came early the day we scheduled the work. A lot of equipment and a crew of 10 or so people. They cleaned up after the work was done, so everything was free of debris. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and will use them again if needed be.

Two trees needed to come down. In addition, they trimmed the bushes and other trees' in my yard. I chose Lineberger's because they are certified arborists who are interested in the welfare of the trees and not focused on cutting them down unnecessarily. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and I highly recommend them for all treework.

The first aborist came out and although he was very knowledgeable, he never got back with his assessment, either to me or to his company. Once I inquired about why he had never gotten back to me, the Linebergers were very apologetic and came out again to reassess and then do the necessary work. Overall, it was satisfactory.

This was a VERY positive experience beginning with Brent meeting us at the house to discuss 'the yard - aka, 'the jungle'. He really took his time walking through the yard with us and making recommendations. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He didn't rush at all. Once done, we had a quote within a day or so. Once we accepted the quote, Brent set a date and time. On the day of the service, they were there 15 minutes early to unload the equipment - with a full team. The services was incredibly well orchestrated and a professional and very friendly group of guys. The team work was amazing and the service was completed in no time. The yard looked so great when they were done. We received the invoice about a week later. We would DEFINATELY use them again and highly recommend Brent and his team.

Awesome experience from initial contact by phone through onsite estimate, and completion of work. Brent Lineburger is a true expert / arborist and did a very detailed plan and estimate of the work and executed the plan to perfection with his team. Their equipment and workers were first rate professionals, new equipment specialized for this work. We expressed our concern about removing trees and damage to lawn and property at time of estimate, and Brent assured us that he could meet our expectations. Actually they exceeded our expectations, the work was completed in the time allocated, with much less than expected noise, and no disturbance to adjacent neighbors. The cleanup was beyond excellent, you couldn't even see afterwards that there was several trees removed, with no disturbance to property or land and every piece of debris was chipped and removed and raked to look even better than before work started.

As usual they were punctual and very professional. They always do a great job at a reasonable price.

Estimate was provided promptly and hit the final cost exactly. Crew arrived on schedule, was briefed by Mr. Lineberger on all aspects of the job, and functioned professionally. Crew interacted directly with me (customer) as needed. Care was provided to prevent damage to adjacent trees, driveway, roadway, and adjacent roadside lawns. Crew members worked remarkably well together, and got the work done in the scheduled time. We are totally satisfied with the work and the cost.

The consulting arborist, Will, came out to give us an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided an estimate for 2 different scenarios, since we were undecided whether to remove 2 or 3 trees. The estimate provided was just about what we expected. We had used Lineberger's in the past, so we knew they do top-quality work and always have a certified arborist to do the estimate and to be onsite when the work is done. He answered all of our questions, even some about other trees in the yard. We did not seek other estimates for this work, but when we used them in the past, we had obtained estimates from several companies. Lineberger's was neither the lowest nor highest estimate, but I felt most confident in the professionalism of the company. Having worked in product safety engineering, I also appreciated that all of their workers are insured and that their work is performed to ANSI and ISA standards. The work done on 2 trees in front of the house involved use of a crane. The trees were located only a short distance in front of our house and they were at least 100 feet tall. The work was very carefully performed and the crane did no damage to our driveway. The tree behind the house was climbed and pieced down. It was also very close to the house and was right beside our deck. Care was taken not to disturb the ground and all pieces were loaded on a top track loader taken to the front to be processed. Stumps were ground to about 6 inches below the surface. All the mulch was very neatly piled after grinding. All yard waste was removed and the area was very neatly cleaned before they left. The arborist discussed what would happen to the trees still in our landscaped area in front of the house and helped us decide what to do with the space. After the work was done, you could hardly tell trees had ever been there. This was remarkable since the trees were about 35 years old and had been there since we bought the house in 1993. I am thrilled to have them gone and could not be happier with the work that Lineberger's did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

AMAZING!!! All services promised were delivered with expert care and quality. The men on the team were respectful, courteous and hardworking. They covered our driveway to keep from damages due to heavy equipment and honestly they left our yard and driveway cleaner than it was when they arrived. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an engagement party for my friend and I was trying to get the yard in shape. Because of things going on at work, I was unable to get to the yard work as I planned. I called Lineberger's because they had the best price on mulch, that I could find. The front office worked with me and I was able to get mulch delivered within a day.

They were very professional from start to finish. They came out, gave me the estimate, then called me to schedule to the removal. The area was so clean when they were done you couldn't tell they were there. All this and they were several hundred dollars cheaper than their competitors. I would highly recommend them!

Lineberger was great. They took the tree down and placed it were we wanted it. A neighbor wanted the wood so we had Lineberger put it all near the base of the tree. I was delighted that Lineberger did a GREAT job in cleaning up. All the small branches that came off during the pruning of the tree were picked. Even the ones that were on the inside of the fence. We will use them again. They were great. Great price and great work!!!

The date was quickly set. The professional and friendly crew arrived and discussed how the trees would be cut and where they would fall. It was a difficult job that was easily performed. I was impressed with how well they worked together and how safely the work was done. They not only quickly cleaned up the area, they finished by blowing the driveway clean too. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Lindberger's Tree Service. Stellar!

I had a great experience with Lineberger's. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Plus, their prices were lower than all the competitors.

They did an excellent job in every way, from carefully cutting down 3 trees leaning toward our house (one very large) , to leaving close- to- the- ground stumps, to stacking neat logs, to cleaning up completely. I would not hesitate to recommend them.; in fact, I already have!
