Linda meet with me to show me areas in and around Raleigh before my home sold in another state. She explained home sales and purchases in the Raleigh area, as well as how North Carolina real estate laws differed from the state from which I was moving. She kept in touch with me during the sale of my home 800 miles away. When my home sold, we moved to an apartment with a short-term lease in Raleigh to begin our search for the perfect home for my mother and me. Linda listens to you, understands your needs and desires, answers questions, makes suggestions, explains the unfamiliar. She is truly there for you. I was well pleased with Linda as my Realtor. I had a list of 10 “must haves” for our home; Linda was able to locate the home that filled 9 out of 10 of those “must have” features in a market filled with homes that are quite different from where I have lived all my life. In the end, it turned out that the 10th “must have” wasn’t a deal breaker. We love our new home and the neighborhood. I highly recommend Linda Nuxoll.

Buying and selling homes is not easy which is why an excellent agent is so important. Overall it went very well because Linda is an outstanding realtor. She got me hooked up early to MLS listings so I could start looking at homes that might be of interest to get a feel for locations, prices, etc. She provided recommendations on changes needed to the house I wanted to sell to help get top price. She was available whenever I needed her, even on vacation, and she treated me like a valued client throughout the process. She is extremely client-focused and offers many nice touches throughout the process. She is generous with her time and resources and was willing to show me as many houses as I needed to see and never tried to talk me into a particular house to buy. When I had made an offer on a home and was having second thoughts, she did not try to talk me out of changing my mind but told me she would support me in whatever decision I made and we would keep looking. She pushed hard for me on getting some concessions for the house I decided to purchase because she knew my financial goals throughout this process and how important it was to me. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a realtor. Her commission was fair and well worth it given the investment of time and money she made in me.

Linda made the process extremely easy. From our very first sit down with Linda she started to push our house in the right direction to be sold. Our house had offers the very first day it was on the market and was sold by the end of the weekend. Linda will say this was because of the market but she had a ton to do with it. Getting our house the way it should look to even bringing the right people in. Linda ended up being a double agent for us which was kinda of made me a little worried because it is hard to work from both sides of the fence for any person but Linda did an amazing job at that as well. We had to pick out our new home very quickly after we sold and she made sure she was available the entire day from sun up to sun down until we found the one we loved. Linda is amazing! Long story short, we were living in a hotel and wanted to purchase a house ASAP. Linda was professional, very available, and extremely attentive to our unique needs. House hunting was a rocky road as we were unable to close on the first four houses we put an offer on. While we were determining the amount to offer and structuring the "offer to purchase" contract, Linda personally contacted the sellers through their real estate agent which helped us develop our offer to be the best. By adding items to the contract that were important to the seller, we were able to be the winning bid (even though we weren't the highest bid), and we felt that the price that we paid was very fair. We had a quick closing date, and Linda helped us achieve that date by making phone calls to the attorney, handyman, home inspector, termite inspector, etc. She continued to follow up with us and the different trades throughout the process. Linda attended the home inspection with us, and I felt that having a buyers agent helped us save thousands of dollars as she helped us negotiate the cost of repairs and suggested that the sellers purchase a home warranty for us which they agreed to do. Linda was never pushy throughout the buying process and was very patient with us as we had looked at several other homes over many months before deciding on this home. Linda knew exactly what we were looking for, and when this house came on the market, she made sure we were first in line. We were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Linda Nuxoll to anyone considering buying or selling a home in the Raleigh/Triangle area.

The best in the business! We loved working with Linda. She made the process easy and fun. Was always willing to work within our schedules and made sure we always knew what was happening. Couldn't imagine going through this process without Linda. If we had a question, we asked and she broke it down in the simplest terms possible. Linda Nuxoll is very professional who takes time to explain the NC process of buying and selling which was very useful to us, as we are not from the USA. She was always quick to respond, open to different ideas and clear in her thinking behind her recommendations. Having now sold a house here, my advice would be to talk with Linda early on when you are just thinking of selling, before starting all your renovations. She will advise you on priorities and market expectations, and that could save time and money. Linda is open, trustworthy, fun to work with, and passionate about what she does. There are so many wonderful things that I can say about Linda, that I don't know where to begin! She is just as awesome as her reviews here on Angie's List indicate—she will not disappoint! I had never bought a home on my very own but Linda was there for me, every step of the way! I interviewed 3 realtors all together, two of whose names were references from friends and acquaintances and then read Linda's reviews on Angie's List and included her because of all the positive feedback I saw there. The other realtors were very nice but Linda hit the ground running! She is not forceful or pushy and as she walks through a house with buyers, she points out the pros and cons and is able to provide a rough idea of what the cost range could be for repairs. She knows how to spot phenomenal options for her buyers to see as they come on the market! She was there throughout the whole process for me and helped me put in an offer on a home that is perfect for me, in an area that I wanted, in a well established neighborhood, with great schools, and close to my work! She takes her time in getting to know her buyers and what their long/short term goals are in purchasing a home and she is able to discuss options to consider. She has a “whole village” of people whose contact information she can share with buyers to help with everything from painting to chimney repair to plumbing work! She is a wonderful, caring person with a great sense of humor, and always the consummate professional who is totally dedicated to her clients! Linda was great. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her advice on how to prepare the house for showing was appropriate, she had good referrals for contractors and was aggressive in helping get the house ready to show and sell. An offer came in at the first open house and she handled all the details for me long distance. I had complete confidence in her throughout the process.

From the listing to showings to closing couldn't ask for anything smoother!

Linda gives a "realtor" a new name, that all realtors should try to achieve. Over the years, we have had past realtors, that were mediocre. Enough to not repeat business with them. This time around I decided to use Angie's list as a tool to locate the perfect realtor. After meeting with several realtors, we chose Linda. Linda literally must sleep with her phone cause her responsiveness is completely unbelievable. She also is extremely intelligent and knows the market. We began the selling process with her walking our home and providing direction, then after her market research we decided on our list price. Linda was never pushy on what we should list our home at, but very business directed with appropriate documentation to help us. Linda sold our house in a few short weeks. That was the easy part. The hard part came with the negotiations with the buyer on repairs etc. Linda negotiated well within our expectations. Linda then helped us locate our current home. We were looking in a very competitive area (Leesville Rd). I can remember a house hitting the market on a Friday night and we literally were looking at it at 7pm in the pouring rain, but we were the first to see it. Linda never was rushing us to hurry up and find a house, always very patient and knowledgeable. She negotiated another tough sell, this time with the seller. Linda also is your one person contact. Some realtors, have closing coordinators, staging people.. Linda is your all and all contact. Trust me you want this! Even after we closed, she assisted us in some repairs that were pending. The thing I like most about Linda was even after the transaction has been over, she still acted as our realtor. I will refer to Linda as our realtor, in the present tense because if we ever sell again we know who we are calling. She is without a question, our lifetime realtor. We would recommend her.
