Great! We have worked with Linda for several real estate transactions. She has given us great advice on both ends of our real estate transactions, from listing price suggestions and needed work or staging to make the house look better on the selling side to reasonable negotiating suggestions and standing our ground on the buying side. She is a "tell it like it is" realtor, who has a lot of experience to base her suggestions on. She listens to what you want, and is quick in pointing out what will or will not work based on what you have told her. She is flexible in meeting up with you, and is prompt, not only in being on time, but to bring to your attention a new listing that might be just the perfect one for you. Linda was prompt and responsive as we started to look for a new home, while also tactful in advising us how to ready our existing home for the market. Even though we were many months away from listing our home for sale, she helped us with a timeline so that our transition to our new construction home went as well as could be expected. She easily facilitated open houses and showings at the home we were selling. If she thought it would help us get the best price, she would suggest updates for us to consider, and she connected us to a professional stager to help make the home show its best! In addition, Linda was an excellent liaison between us and the builder as our new home was being built. She acted on our behalf to advocate for what needed to get done, and did so in a timely and pleasant manner. We loved our experiences of both selling and buying with Linda! Linda was absolutely amazing through the entire process. We were very specific about what we wanted and looked for over a year for our new house. She was with us through the entire journey, always making sure we stayed true to our wants and didn't settle. There was never a time when she wasn't available to take a call, answer a question, or just be a sounding voice of reason. She meticulously explained every step of the process to make sure we were comfortable with each and every decision. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the big step I was taking in my life. Linda helped to make the process much less stressful for me an extra impressive feat considering the state of the Raleigh market. She always made sure that I was taken care of even if she was out of town. I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.

Linda patiently worked with us over a year to find just the right home. When we were ready make an offer on our first choice, Linda brought in a professional decorator to make suggestions on how best to adjust our decor and existing pieces to show our home in the best light. She made many recommendations on how to proceed with our sale so as to have the best chance of having our purchase offer accepted despite sellers' market in Raleigh. We received an offer on our home then went to bid on our home choice. We failed in our bid due to a competing cash offer. Linda gracefully and patiently accommodated our wish to take our home off the market until another home of choice came up. Several months passed until another home of choice came to market. We called her on Sunday and she immediately met us for a showing then quickly secured acceptance to our offer. Then, she turned around and put our house back on the market and sold our home above asking price within a day. The sale went smoothly but the home we planned to puchase required a lot of work that were hidden behind the beauty of the country property and the recent beautiful remodel: septic, roof, crawlspace, mold, easement, pool, electrical, structural and barn issues. Many were significant and threatened our desire to purchase. Linda brought many of her experts and contractors aboard to identify and highlight the issues to the seller so to bring seller concessions worth tens of thousands of dollars in contractor repair expense to be applied to improving our perfect farm - all while never slipping our originally scheduled dates, dealines and closings. She is top notch, professional, knowledgeable and well-networked. Linda is an excellent communicator and negotiator. She works hard behind the scenes and stays in constant communication to smooth the ruffles of the process. She has an extensive cadre of experts she can call to solve all manner of buy and sell gotta-do's. I regard her as a true, skilled realestate professional and highly recommend her to alll comers.

Linda understands the local market, actual property values, and the trends and issues that are occurring in Raleigh. As I was new in Raleigh, she gave me a tour around the city to look for the right neighborhood and home. She is professional, punctual, patient and do her work with passion.
